Started the projects on 6/1/2022 and finished on 7/31/2022 - amazing time frame. Projects flowed smoothly, attention to detail was awesome. All of our questions and concerns were addressed to give us the utmost comfort level to choose Aaron/Clean Edge to handle our remodeling projects. Carmella did an awesome job in keeping us updated on when to expect contractors to be in the home. There is not one thing that I would have changed in what was done, but believe me, we did change things as we moved along in the projects... added a 1/2 bath in the basement and changed the kitchen and basement counter choices. Aaron and crew were amazing to work with. I would highly recommend them and were very happy to work with them."

"Tom from TKL responded quickly to my initial phone call. We set a date to measure and answer any questions. He was prompt and let me know right from the start there would be an up charge for what I wanted done. I knew what I wanted would not be included in the original Angie's list deal. Having received prior estimates I knew this was still a good value and we proceeded. Once a date was set up for service he was punctual and set to work right away. He was very professional and worked straight through on each occasion. There was more than one because he had to wait for work to dry. I thought Tom from TKL was professional, hard working and fairly priced. I was really happy with the work he did and plan on using him on my next home improvement project!

"When we started researching the garage companies that had been recommended to us, my wife and I couldn’t believe how many bad reviews there were for the companies we were considering. We found lots of complaints about problems with subcontractors and lack of communication and coordination from the sales and office staff. The last thing we wanted was to start up an expensive construction project and end up struggling with the contractor the whole way through the process. ***** We decided to go to Angie's List and check out garage companies in the area and we found Regency Garages. We were impressed by their high rating, all the positive reviews, and the service awards they received. We gave them a call and lined up a quote to take down our old single car garage, build a new two and a half car garage, and replace the sidewalk in our yard. Alex came to the house, met with us, and provided a quote that was in line with the three quotes we received from other companies so we signed a contract and started the process. ***** Regency’s motto is, “Our Customer Service Makes The Difference” and we put that to the test. The day after the demolition, the demo crew long gone, my neighbor contacted me and told me that their sidewalk had been damaged. I pictured myself in the middle of a conflict between my builder and my neighbor. I contacted Alex and the first thing he said was, “No problem. If we did it, we’ll fix it.” When Rich came out with his cement crew a few days later, they did just that. It was fixed, no questions asked, no blaming the other crew, no hassle. ***** A good company gets the job done at the price you’ve been quoted. To me, the measure of a great company is how they handle the problems along the way. Alex was in contact with us from the initial sale to through the final construction. He stopped by a couple of times to check on progress and make sure I was happy. Gosia from the office kept me informed of the schedule each step of the way. Any questions I had were answered promptly. Any issues I had were addressed immediately. I always felt they had my back and were working to make my experience pleasant. ***** My wife and I are loving our new garage. It’s big and beautiful and the construction by Derrick and his crew was done with quality in mind. We are happy and my neighbor is happy. We are glad we chose Regency for the project. "John T. sent me an email to schedule an appointment and then to confirm the timing of when he'll be coming out. He was on time, was professional and easy to talk to. He inspected the roof, showed me pictures of where he will be applying the sealant to patch up the holes and recommended to do a replacement of a few shingles to patch up a hole in the roof (which was not included in the original Angie's List type of work). The price for the shingles replacement/boot cover over the exhaust vent was very reasonable and he did the job right away. He showed me before/after pictures and I was very happy with the result. Highly recommended."
