I gave details through an Angie's List request for quote, but they got the wrong phone number, so I sent a correction also through AL, but then didn't hear back. So I sent a detailed email directly to the company. Still didn't hear back, so I finally called. They aren't able to do the custom job we need. I wish they had just responded earlier with that information so I didn't waste time trying to contact them again. I hate to downgrade the company for only the initial attempts to reach them since it doesn't really say anything about the work that they do, but they did have more than one opportunity to simply say that they couldn't do the kind of work we needed."
