The toilet in the condo party room was running - our water bill tripled in one billing period. Marsel came to the rescue, noticed that the toilet was taking in HOT instead of cold water, which had caused interior components of the tank to malfunction. Marsel cut open the walls, corrected the plumbing, replaced interior components of toilet, patched and painted walls.
