He was patient with me and most importantly he didn t act as if he was wasting his time and assume that I couldn t pay for the system. The system works great and I saw a difference immediately. The system was installed neatly and I although I initially inquired about the water system for bathing and washing only; I also purchased the reverse osmosis system for drinking water. They are pricey though."

We thought we were seeing a tiny, tiny drip under the sink from the RO system, and when I called David he walked me through to check the filters to ensure they were screwed on tight enough. "Totally amazing product. The first day it was installed, our cleaning lady called my wife asking what we did to the water, the difference was unbelievable. I did the install myself and Robert asked for photos during the process and walked me through everything as if he was standing in my basement. We could not be more pleased. Our well water is the standard in the neighborhood. While other people were talked into just a water softener, Robert told us we needed a iron remover from the water test he had us have performed. "We called early on a Sunday morning after having a back up on our main line the night before. They worked us into an already full schedule. We suspected the line needed to be rodded and that would be it. Unfortunately the pipe broke outside the foundation. The price for digging and fixing was similar to a previous quote from another plumber two years ago (we waited because it wasn't critical yet). It understandably went up after they were able to see the pipes needed to be reconfigured for new codes. We believe the price was fair and they were very accommodating. They were digging the following day and fully completed a day later. They gave good recommendations and advice along the way. We were especially impressed with Tom and his coworker (sorry didn't catch his name!) who worked into the early evening - in the rain! - so we could have use of the water that night. They also waited patiently over lunch for the city inspector. We have peace of mind that this is fixed and we are very pleased to have received such professional work.

The temperature & pressure valve caused the leakage. it was replaced immediately. James and Justin were very friendly, courteous and professional. Both provided excellent service."
