I did the install myself and Robert asked for photos during the process and walked me through everything as if he was standing in my basement. We could not be more pleased. "Comandor & Antoine showed up within and hour and addressed my issue. They let me watch everything and talked me through start to finish. It was a dirty job, but they did it with a smile and were fun to talk with. They only did what was needed and didn't try to upcharge me for things I don't need. I have been burned before by sewer companies, and it was nice to find a couple guys I can trust. My only complaint is that the AB and Sons website listed "Power rodding starting at $99". I thought this was too good to be true, and it was. The crew wasn't aware of the website price. Turns out that is for rodding regular drains. Be sure to be clear what you need."

"When Dave arrived and looked at the faucet and where it was located - he told me that it would be an additional $50 to cut a hole in the drywall which I said ok.  Then he went down to the basement to look for the water connection and he noticed that I had an old disconnected water softener.   He mentioned to me to me that I should have this water softener removed because it should be  because it potentially could cause an explosion.  Then he replaced the faucet and I asked him to give me an estimate on a 50gal new hot water heater and he did, gave me a written estimate and said that they would replace all the connections and hookups and I thought the estimate was totally fare.  Then as he was leaving, he said that he was not going to charge me for the cut into the drywall, and I was most appreciative.   He did a great job and I will definitely have him come back again.

"It went very, very well. I called Windy City Rooter at 8am and before 11am they were fixing the water heater. I thought a new one was needed but that was not the case. The temperature & pressure valve caused the leakage. it was replaced immediately. James and Justin were very friendly, courteous and professional. Both provided excellent service."
