"We had met with this homeowner, the plumbing was located in the middle of home, in the closet. In order to install the backflow valve correctly, the plumbing needed to come up from the closet, through the attic and out of the home. Unfortunately, per IL plumbing code, we cannot use a hose spigot for an irrigation system."
"There was a mix up with the scheduling and we did contact the homeowner as soon as it was discovered. We explained the situation to the homeowner and everything was resolved until we arrived on location. Upon arrival our tech noticed the driveway was completely removed and the framing stakes were where the heads are. The system was started and while going through each zone many leaks had appeared, one being by the garden where the homeowner admitted to rototilling the area. The others were along and around the driveway. In order to install and test the fertilizing system, the system must be fully operational. With the amount of line breaks and heads that need to be moved due to the driveway situation we could not accomplish this. While speaking with the homeowner about this she was not willing to accept the situation at hand and continues to blame us as a company. We explained that once the driveway was complete, we will come back to repair everything and install the fertilizing system. The homeowner then explained how we have terrible customer service skills because we could not get everything complete that day. If we had done the repairs at that time, we would still have to come back out another time to finish once the driveway was done. Either way the end result would be the same, we are just trying to save the homeowner money and time. The homeowner was highly satisfied with the original installation and the fall winterization although when given professional advice regarding the situation at hand she was displeased."
"After looking at this customer information we have found that we have not serviced this location in 4 years. We have found that a few competitors have gotten some of our customers information and are placing FAKE reviews. The only information that is correct this review is the address, all other dates are wrong and this review was posted a full season after our last recorded service at this location. We will be contacting Angies List to review and remove this posting."
I am very impressed with how Water Works staff showed respect and helped me understand the issues with my system.
If you want a company that will stand by their work and help educate you about the systems involved you want to call Water Works. Thanks so much for your professionalism!
The staff at Water Works are very responsive to our needs. They came out quickly and gave us an estimate and took time to explain the system and what would need to be done to install it.
My wife was so happy with the staff that came to install the system. They were in trucks that were clearly marked and gave her time to lock up our dogs. When they finished the work they cleaned up and my wife didn't have to clean up after the workers (that is a pleasant change from most places).
I would suggest that you give them a call.
"We are sorry this customer waited till November to have the sprinkler system shut down. When the customer called the office we were up front with them on the RPZ and the fact that the system was frozen. We told them that the system would have to be evaluated in the spring, that was for the 2015 spring season. This Customer has not had their system started sense 2014."
