Installed our system 6 years ago, the system has worked well since install. I would just say get everything in writing and make sure to ask what the life time warranty means. Also check on when they can do you turn on and turn off they are very limited! Where we live they only do one specific day per week so if you cannot be home on that day you will be in trouble twice a year to be home for them.

I would not recommend this company to anyone - They are shady. They came out and installed our sprinkler system about 2 season ago. While installing, they ended up cutting all 4 of my bubblers without even looking, which I had let it go. 🙁 Now 2 season in, I currently have one area which the hose is becoming unearthed since it was not done properly, also I currently have 2 leaks in the line. I have contacted them in regards to this, since they strongly say, LIFETIME LIMTED WARRANTY. - This means that if we stayed with there services, which I did, they are not going to cover this and states it is ACT OF GOD and they want to charge me $750.00 to just get them out to our house and then additional $500.00 an hour. Please tell me if you think this is wrong or not - since we had this for only 2 seasons. The owners have spoken of this company as they say and there is nothing more they can do, unless I pay them such HIGH prices. So - be very weary dealing with these guys. Thank you again. B. Regards.

I have used them for years and had an appt for them to come out and turn on my sprinkler system and they set my appt from 8-10am. We got in late the night before from the Memorial Day Holiday and they texted me at 7:20 in the morning and we weren’t even up yet. Since I didn’t respond, they said I have to pay $154 dollars to reschedule my appt. Which is the full fee to get them out here in the first place. Absolutely unethical. if you miss an appt with a dr it’s $50. If you miss an appt with a sprinkler guy, it’s $154.00. Not right. And they won’t come back out until I pay it even though I already paid my annual $308.00 for the on/off service. Extremely disappointed and frustrated. They obviously don’t listen to customers or care. As customers, we are extremely busy too. It’s not just them.

Wanted a sprinkler system for the lawn and flower beds. Had 4 estimates, WaterWorks came in the middle as far as pricing but offered a better warranty and I liked the sales guy. Install happened in 3 and a half hours. I was surprised by the efficiency of the crew. Lawn barely looks touched. I'm very happy and am recommending them to my neighbors.

Extremely amazing, called them to repair a system that was installed before I bought the house. They came out, fixed what was broken and were gone. Pricing was reasonable. Best company I've dealt with thus far. Thanks guys

Since the initial installation, I paid waterworks for annual on and off services that includes a tune up of the sprinkler heads for leaks and adjustments. The System comes on every other day at about 3:30 AM so it is not easy to see a problem but I have complained about brown spots where the heads are not reaching but there was a charge for that kind of adjustment mid season so I would wait till spring. This time a sprinkler head was leaking badly and and my side yard was pure mud so I called them saying no way is this waiting all season because should have been noticed when they turned the system on. They agreed and told me there would be no charge. The Tech came out but the head continued to leak just as bad and now it is watering my driveway. I called again and they returned last week. This technician fixed told me the prior Tech left a part off so the leak was fixed but it's still watering my driveway. Between then and now, I received my AMEX bill and see they also charged my card $120 for first visit and $170 to fix what they didn't for the $120 charge. I had no idea they kept my credit card on file. An unbelievable conversation followed this morning when the owner took the phone from the employee I was talking with and told me to, "stop trying to CON his Girl". It got ugly from there. I've had my doubts before but now I seriously caution anyone thinking about protecting their expensive sprinkler systems with this outfit. No matter how many years you pay them, you are one billing question away from being called a "Con". Would you believe they told me some systems are large, mine 11 zones and they do not have time to check them. Oh well, I'll find a better option because they are history around here.

I shopped around and interviewed 6 different companies. I went with water works because they had the best price and contract and I really liked working with them. Over the past 3 years I have enjoyed working with Steve and Dustin for service (start ups, tune ups, and shut downs) they really know their stuff and have helped us with our lawn needs tremendously. In the office I love working with Nicole, she said is awesome, super friendly and makes sure you’re taken care of. I am super happy with my decision to go with Water Works!

I finally pulled the trigger and had a professional sprinkler system installed at my home. I'm a horticulturist and have spent countless hours planting prize winning roses and many other perennial flowers and shrubs. Each of these landscape beds needs special watering cycles, not to mention an acre of Kentucky Blue grass. When I reached out to Water Works about my watering concerns, they put an irrigation plan together that would water all my specific areas separately with custom water times. What can I say, the installation was fast, clean and very professional. There service techs have been extremely helpful and patient with me since the installation. I'm recommending Water Works to everyone in my horticulture club.

I usually dont write reviews but I had to give a shout out to Water Works for a great experience with my sprinkler system installation. Customer service has been very professional and I have the nicest yard in my neighborhood. Having Water Works Install landscape lighting this year.

The system it self works fine but it was the damage they did to mu yard and refusal to repair it correctly. I was told that if I give a negative report about this company they will not honor my warranty. And so far they have kept their word. I requested that someone come out and adjust the heads as they are watering my neighbors lawn. No one had returned my email. We have many mis agreements and I got loud with one of the techs they came out to fix the yard because he told me to go in the house and let him work in my yard. I told him to leave. They left large cracks all throughout the yard. Some of them you can fit your hand into. The tech came out with one bag of dirt to repair the lawn and I advised him that was not enough. I have photos of my yard if anyone want to see. If they had just fix the cracks, everything else was ok. They credited $300 back to my card but I advised them that I wanted my yard fix and I did not ask for any money back.

i used water works for 7 years, at my old house to service my system, At my new house i had them install a new one with the WIFI controller and i absolutely love it. Install went very smooth. I have recommened them to my neighbors.  Keep up the great service guys!

The staff at Water Works are very responsive to our needs.  They came out quickly and gave us an estimate and took time to explain the system and what would need to be done to install it.

My wife was so happy with the staff that came to install the system.  They were in trucks that were clearly marked and gave her time to lock up our dogs.  When they finished the work they cleaned up and my wife didn't have to clean up after the workers (that is a pleasant change from most places).

I would suggest that you give them a call.

.Waterworks installed a underground sprinkler system. I was giving a great quote. Start to finish I was presented with total professionalism. Everything went smoothly. All work was done in a timely fashion. I can't say enough good things about this company. I will recommend them to my friends.

They have not done this correctly!  On further inspection of the job, there are multiple heads higher than 2-3 inches above the turf!!  There is a huge hole in the backyard, where they apparently put a line right through a french drain and it's now causing huge flooding in that area.  I have left at least 3 messages for the owner to call me to get involved and have still not heard from him!  I am beyond frustrated with their customer service!  
Not only that, we were told at start up, they would check and adjust every head... that was not done!  
How can this provider just ignore my requests to call me so we can fix these problems??!!

Water Works showed the utmost professional behavior since day one. I was told about them through a friend of a friend. I was unsure about calling at first. I needed to do something with my lawn and couldn't find anything within budget. The representatives treated me with respect especially since my biggest issue was cost. I was very worried about going over budget. They provided me with a free estimate. We were able to work together to come under budget for my project. I have an average size lot in town. The employees went above and beyond to drive to me (out of state) and complete the work in a timely fashion. My project was small but I am extremely pleased with the outcome. This summer it will prove to be the best decision I made for my property.
