The Entire experience was completely professional. We had the install of the Kitchen Floors, Bathroom Floors as well as Carpet for our basement stairs. Felipe was amazing. He was the first business to contact me and he had the best price compared to others that contacted me later. When he came to view our bedroom, he said the furniture would be moved to another side of our very small bedroom. I asked for a quote for our family room carpet that had small sagging that was nowhere near the obvious sagging in our bedroom carpet. He looked at it and gave me a quote based on the sagging. He was honest and said that I could wait until the sagging got worse but then the price would increase for a return trip so I opted to get both rooms done since the price for both was less than one company quoted me for our bedroom. Felipe kept in communication with me. After he left our home, I was supposed to text him to confirm the appointment but he texted me. On the say before the appointment, he texted me to confirm and gave me several time options. On the day of the job (a Saturday which was his birthday) he arrived on time with someone that works with him. To my pleasant surprise, they started moving some of our bedroom furniture which is huge and heavy and usually adds to the price! They broke down our bed in no time and moved the pieces into other rooms. I saw the carpet where the bed was. Our bed had not been moved in years so the carpet underneath it had gathered a lot of dust. After they finished, I could hear a vaccuum cleaner (another surprise)! I was not expecting that and wondered if they were using ours and, if so, how did they know where to find it.I did not realize it when they arrived but they brought one with them! My husband vaccuumed before they arrived but, of course, could not vaccuum under our bed. They finished our bedroom then proceeded to our family room and did their thing! They were finished in less than two hours! Since my appointment was at 8AM, that freed up the rest of my Saturday. I'm not sure if it's a mental thing but after the work was completed, I felt a sense of newness in our home. My husband left for an appointment shortly before they finished and returned when they were gone. Without me saying anything, he said that our home felt great! That being said,I highly recommend Felipe and would hire him again in a heartbeat!

Felipe was wonderful. Had water damage. Stopped on his way home that same day. Gave a very fair price so I hired him. He cut out damaged padding before leaving so wet area of carpet could begin to dry. Early next morning on his way to a job, he stopped and dropped off a blower to speed the drying (I was using a fan). He stopped on the way home to finish job. Carpet looks like new. Even ran out to truck to get his vacuum to clean up an loose threads. His work ethic is amazing! I want new flooring in some areas of my home. I will definitely use Felipe and his company. I definitely recommend him for any type of flooring needs and repairs!

Carpet was installed in very timely fashion and they did a great job

I needed to have carpet replaced for a rental property. The old carpet was damaged by pet urine and I was concerned the smell would come back even carpet was replaced. Felipe came out to assess the damage on Friday, recommended the products, proposed a solution, and new carpet was installed following Monday. Very professional and knowledgeable, and reasonable rate. A job that would take others 2 weeks, these guys got it done in a matter of days. Would definitely hire MT carpet again!
