"Installed new AC and heater unit in April 2023. Had used Garrett prior as I found them reasonably priced. After the install, numerous safety/code violations were found when the unit was inspected. Among them were not adding a safety drip pan under the furnace, not installing a coil condensate drain correctly, running a flexible gas line into the furnace cabinet (a code violation), not terminating the electric correctly (a code violation), leaving exposed wires on the AC unit outside. The new owner claims it's not his responsibility to fix these issues. I'd steer away and go with someone that wants to back up their work (sorry, it's your work if you buy the company). Update as of 01/15/2025 Response to review and company response Jan 2025. Company DID NOT come out or even reach out to me regarding this. Tape and duct work repairs? When did you come to my house? Shows how dishonest this company is. Stay clear. Only excuses from this company (for example. we bought our business in 2024, not our problem!)"

"Anytime Heating and cooling was awesome. I called to see if they could come out to see what was going on with our furnace. It was the coldest day of the year! Our home is over a 100 years old and the furnace was once a coal furnace but converted into gas. It needed a part replaced. No other HVAC company had any experience working on our type of unit, but Anytime knew exactly what to do! We are so grateful for them and will continue using them as long as we own our home. "Only rating 1 because it doesn't go lower. Had a new unit installed end of Sept 24. First time power goes out on 11/5, no electricity. When tri state sells you a product, they pitch their amazing customer service with all these guarnatees of knowing when your unit is out before you know and having someone there within 24 hours etc. Well, the first call we make we are told it will be the end of Nov to get someone out to look at it. 3 weeks. Nobody shows up. Then we get a call that says "your appointment on Dec 12 has been canceled and the earliest we can get to you is Jan 16th. This is 2.5 months wait to get service to fix a nearly $20k unit, that is upcharged because of the excellent service. You can't get anyone to answer your call. you wait on hold for 20 minutes, then have to leave a voicemail in which you will not get called back. Based on my experience, find someone else and pay less. Even if the service is bad, which it can't be worse than this, you save money! @kohler"

"This was amazing! I had no idea this service existed. After searching and contacting various repair places for my washer, this was the most cost effective option. I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. I am pretty handy and my washer is old anyway, so if it is broken, I have to get a new one anyway. My tech, Steve, was great! He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. The service was $40 + the part cost, which was about $8."
