The guy said they don’t have R-22 to patch up my current unit. This is a dirty sales tactic as my friend owns a HVAC company elsewhere in the state and informed me otherwise. The tech then tried to apply pressure on us to buy a new system for $15,000 to $27,000 dollars on the spot. I declined as it was grossly overpriced. I had to pay $98.00 to have my intelligence challenged. Call Superior and they patched up my unit with 2 pounds or refrigerant and gave me options for replacement from $9,000 to $13,000 dollars. I got a better system from them for close to $7,000 dollars less. Please do not do business with these sharks. All those fancy ads on the radio must really drive up the price of a HVAC system. I’d really like my 98 bucks back.

I woke up this morning (Saturday) and my kid was complaining it was hot in the house. I checked the thermostat and it was 6 degrees warmer than normal. I quickly determined the outside A/C unit was not running and called Jerry Kelley (whom I never used before), and prepared myself for bad news on my 12 year old unit. The guy who took my info down was friendly. Korey was at my house less than 2 hours later. Korey was friendly, thorough and professional. My unit just needed a new capacitor on the motor. But Korey also did some measurements and asked me a few questions just to make sure there weren't any other issues and that the unit I had was right for the house. In the end, I signed up for their membership club (which I pretty much never do). An hour and a half after Korey arrived he was gone, and my house was on it's way to being cool again. This was one of the best service experiences I ever had.

The service was perfect, Jerry got the things fixed and went right on it when I called them. It turned out to be the compressor of the air conditioner needs replacement. He got someone to come and replaced the compressor on a Wednesday and everything got fixed on a Friday.

I’m finally out of my Jerry Kelly Emerald A/C unit. It was 10 years of headaches and breakdowns for what was supposed to be a top of the line system. Last July when they charged me $1600 to replace the coil I vowed to never use them again.

They did a fine job for the inspection but when my air conditioner broke they didn't get back to me in regards to fixing it. I would recommend them for inspections, however.

The technician came and spent a long time with the furnace. He came back up the stairs and told us he needed to show us a picture of a crack in our heat exchanger on our furnace. He showed us a couple pictures but all I could see was a gray line and no crack. The technician told us that if that the crack would get bigger and they would have to shut our gas off. He said we needed to buy a new furnace very soon before the crack gets bigger and they would have to shut our gas off. He pulled out a price sheet and showed us prices of furnaces and air conditioners. I did some research and found out that if there was a crack in our furnace they would have to shut the gas off immediately. I also called another company to check to see if we had a cracked furnace. The 2nd company could not find any cracks after thoroughly checking the furnace. The 2nd company's technician pulled out the paper informational receipt that Jerry Kelly left here from their last visit from the pocket near the furnace and showed me that it said safety check no crack. It was all a scam to get us to spend thousands of dollars on a new furnace. The year before they came out and replaced 3 parts on our furnace, charged almost $800 and told us we should be good for another couple years. Then this year they tell us lies and that we need a new furnace.

Very well! Brandyn and Taylor were very prompt, very courteous and did and excellent job installing my new furnace. From start to finish, it took them less than 2 - 1/2 hours to complete the job! I was very pleased with their work!

This review is for my wives grandparents, their furnace was making a noise so they called jerry kelly to look at it. I am an air conditioning technician but for whatever reason they feel like they are bothering me so they won't tell me if they need any work done. They had a 12 year old Trane 90+ furnace which was still working. Jerry Kelly told them they needed a new furnace and sold them a piece of garbage Goodman furnace with a Jerry Kelly Emerald badge on it for $4500 for only the furnace! I can't argue with the fact that the job was done correctly and in a timely fashion but the obscene price gouging and the fact that Jerry Kelly preys on elderly people and schedules the install sometimes even the same day to ensure they have no opportunity to do any due diligence on getting other bids is infuriating. Please beware of Jerry Kelly and get a few bids before having this company do any work for you.

They are really good. They put in our system years ago. They come out every year. We are part of their club thing. They are the number one company in St. Louis. When we originally moved into this house years ago, the system was original to the house. It died two years after we moved in, and they replaced the whole system. They have been maintaining it ever since. They are johnny on the spot. They are really good people. They call us to remind us. We are part of their club thing, so we pay $20 a month. If we ever need any service, which we haven't yet, they do 24 hour emergency service, and it's discounted. The service twice a year is included in our contract. It's good service. They are a great company. They price is reasonable. It's not expensive. Their customer service is awesome. I would absolutely use them again. They are worth the money. They are always friendly. They always get out here the next day. We had an issue one time, and they were out here the next day. With this kind of company, usually you pay more, but you get the right service.

I used them a long time ago, they installed my heating and air conditioning systems a couple of years ago. I think their price is right with the industry. I thought they did a good job, they showed me some things that I didn’t know. That was awesome. They were efficient. I mean when they put in my air conditioner and furnace, they were efficient and they cleaned up. They were fine. My heating and cooling is pretty efficient. My air conditioning costs have probably gone down a little. I’m a pretty conservative user of it anyway. I used them because I think they came out just to do routine maintenance on my furnace and it was so old. I had another company that came out and did a real high pressure trying to sell me a heating and air conditioning unit. Which I probably needed it, which I did. The fact that they were so pressure, that they pressured me so much that it turned me off. This company did not do that, they just gave me information and left. I suppose the lack of the high pressure selling and the fact that they had already been to my house and the information that they gave me probably convinced me to use them. It was about $10,000 and they also helped me to get a rebate from the electric company and I think the gas company. I think they took care of a lot of it, so they let me know about it and helped me with it. I did get the rebate, so that was good, that was great.
