    On Sept. 24th I had Handy Men & Mrs. Helper Kitchen & Bath come to my house to do some much needed various Handyman work. I was totally pleased with the work that Aivo did. He arrived right on time, worked very efficiently and did a wonderful job. In addition Aivo answered any questions that I had in a very professional and truthful way. He even made some great suggestions that I can do in the future. It was a pleasure to have Aivo at my home and I will definitely use HANDY MEN & MRS. HELPER when I need work done around my house

    We were a bit hesitant about hiring a contractor but decided to do a search anyway. We are incredibly grateful to have found Samanco. They are reliable, efficient, professional and helpful throughout the entire process. Dan and Tommie were so kind and helpful. Robert was the master craftsman and he did an amazing job with the bathroom, laundry area and the kitchen! Robert demonstrated impeccable work ethic. He is reliable, diligent, and personable. We went from having an outdated to a beautiful tiled shower, tiled floor and with new vanity and toilet. Even though some issues came up with the plumbing and shower faucet in the bathroom, Robert was able to handle those issues efficiently. The plumbing job that was previously done with the bathroom was horrific and we thought the cost to fix this would be very expensive. We were pleasantly surprised when we were told of the additional cost for the extra work that Robert had to do with new pipes. Now bathroom works and looks great! Dan and Robert guided us with their experience as to what would work best in converting a closet into the new laundry area. Robert was a pro at setting up gas and water where there was previously none. Although the project was started with a team of two, Robert unexpectedly had to finish the kitchen remodel basically on his own. He put up cabinets, installed under cabinet lighting, the backsplash and all new appliances. He was also great at cleaning up and respecting our home no matter what he was working on. We can’t say enough good things about Robert! Samanco provided quality work and we will definitely hire them again. As a matter of fact, we are looking into what will be the next home project so we can hire Samanco again

    Peter and Daniel arrived as scheduled. They brought in their equipment. Then Peter asked to revisit the areas he needed to work on because it had been a few weeks since he had come to make an estimate. (We had gone out of town for a while.) Peter then asked to look at any paint we had. He saw that he needed to get an additional can of paint and briefly left to get some. Meanwhile, Daniel got started. Peter and Daniel worked all day, stopping only for a quick lunch. The house looks perfect! My husband and I are both very pleased. Peter and his workers are very precise. In addition, Peter is especially friendly and approaches projects in a professional manner. He explains things very clearly and asks questions to make sure he knows what the customer wants. His employees are just as nice. We have hired Peter before, and we will hire him again in our new home. I highly recommend this business

    I hired A+ Construction and Remodeling last year to repaint my master bedroom and add drywall after a previous contractor botched the job. A+ hired subcontractors for the job. I dealt with Lavell in forming the contract. I was so pleased with the work that I asked A+ to paint the entire home this year, including the ceiling, and add new drywall in those areas that were visibly in need of repair, especially the ceiling. The entire job took a week to complete, and when it was done, it was 95% acceptable. However, there were some areas that still needed to be done. I pointed out to A+ that I wanted a new mantle over the fireplace and that the bathroom still needed to be painted to cover up spackling needed to fill in a hole. Four different times I made an appointment and each time I received an excuse as to why A+ could not complete the work. One time they went to the wrong address. Phone calls and text messages went unanswered. The work stills needs to be done. I recently learned an area around my vent in the master bedroom stills needs to be painted because the vent was never removed prior to painting. There is a patch of pink, the original color, surrounded by blue. The bathroom drain had the stopper removed from the first appointment a year ago. That has to be reattached. After four different appointments, I do not believe that A+ will show up to complete the work that I asked them to do. After the last appointment, I learned that the subcontractors have since left. Lavell does inspect the work done by his subcontractors, but both he and they need to honor their appointments. I WOULD NOT HIRE AGAIN
