FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. "Redbird Plumbing installed the wrong type of battery on my sump pump back-up system. The alarm continued to sound every 24 hours. After multiple visits, Chris could not diagnose the problem. I had to call another plumbing company who diagnosed the problem and installed the correct battery for my system, hence silencing the alarm. Chris refuses to provide a refund and has refused multiple requests for a refund, including one sent by certified mail. I reported him to the Town of Normal, and when they investigated, he told them he had tried to "settle up" with me which is a lie (see above). I filed a complaint with both the Better Business Bureau and the Illinois Attorney General, and he refuses to admit responsibility for his error."
