Hill checked the water heater as asked. Determined problem and gave us options for repair.

It went great. Nick was very professional & answered my questions without making me feel stupid!

I didn't use Hill & Hill because I couldn't get any one out to do the work for 2 weeks. And this was unacceptable to me. I used another company.

We called and scheduled an appointment time for the next day. There was some confusion about what time they were going to show up and after a couple hours, we received a call that a technician was on his way, but I had other obligations so we rescheduled for the next day. The office staff was very responsive though. I think it may have taken a little more time than necessary (3 hours total), but the technician (Nick) did a thorough job locating and repairing the leaking elbow joint in the pipe and was very easy to work with and very professional. He needed to cut through ceiling to access pipe, but was tidy and minimally "invasive". He was able to repair the issue the same day which was nice. He needed to go back to the office for a couple of parts and we were billed that time as well. We did not pay for the service that day, but will be billed. I personally would use the business again.

Hill and Hill's repair guy ,Cliff Maitland,came to find why our toilet ran frequently. float was found to be leaking. We opted for replacement rather than patch the old one which clogged often. He reccomended a replacemet that would solve the problems. He is very detailed, finds all the side poblems, meticulously cleans up after himself and is genuinely friendly. I always feel confident that the subject problems are solved.

Installed a foot of copper($50.68), service call - drove to house($45.00) I live 5 miles away from them, charged for 1.5 hours, might of been here 45 minutes. It took him 2 tries to fix the leak. I should have asked the wife before I called them. Back in 1998, when she opened her salon, they were installing water lines and a water heater, and had to be called multiple times to get job done. Then the bill came, lets just say she was not happy. I would not recommend using Hill and Hill, they'll overcharge you for parts and services.

We have been using Hill and Hill for several years now, they always send the particular craftsmen we ask for .
It was smooth and efficient. Cliff even removed our old unit and took it away .

Cliff Maitland is the Hili and Hill repair specialist. He's very detail oriented and his manner a d workmanship is outstanding.

They were very good, very professional, very kind, and understanding. The price and quality was great. They are a company I would use again in the future.

My realtor asked around at her office for an HVAC Plumber to look at the stuff that the inspector found during our home inspection. I called Hill and Hill. on Thursday around 4pm. No one answered and I left a message, assuming they were gone for the day. I did not hear back on Friday and finally called again at 3:30. The woman who answered remembered my message and apologized for forgetting to call me back. I told her what I needed and she said she would schedule the plumber to come on the next Tuesday. She said he had gone home for the day and she would have him call me on Monday to talk to me about prices. On Monday I waited until 3:30 again without getting a call. I finally called to see if the plumber was around and could talk to me about prices, The woman who answered the phone said he was usually in the office more to help her with things like this. She said he was out in the shop and she would make sure he called me back before he left for the day. She actually said, "He'll call you back in a few minutes." I never heard from them. I was fed up so I got the name of another plumber from my realtor, and called Tuesday morning to tell Hill and Hill not to come to my house. I told her that it was apparent to me that they did not want my business since they couldn't even call me back when they said they would. The weirdest thing is she just said, "OK!" like I had told her something positive. It was actually the friendliest tone of voice I ever got from her, even though I was calling to tell her they had screwed up so bad I was using someone else. Weird. and unprofessional.

The workmen were excellent. They came right away, did the work as described and were very courteous. They stuck to their estimate and I will use them again in the future.
