Hill checked the water heater as asked. Determined problem and gave us options for repair.

We called and scheduled an appointment time for the next day. There was some confusion about what time they were going to show up and after a couple hours, we received a call that a technician was on his way, but I had other obligations so we rescheduled for the next day. The office staff was very responsive though. I think it may have taken a little more time than necessary (3 hours total), but the technician (Nick) did a thorough job locating and repairing the leaking elbow joint in the pipe and was very easy to work with and very professional. He needed to cut through ceiling to access pipe, but was tidy and minimally "invasive". He was able to repair the issue the same day which was nice. He needed to go back to the office for a couple of parts and we were billed that time as well. We did not pay for the service that day, but will be billed. I personally would use the business again.

Hill and Hill's repair guy ,Cliff Maitland,came to find why our toilet ran frequently. float was found to be leaking. We opted for replacement rather than patch the old one which clogged often. He reccomended a replacemet that would solve the problems. He is very detailed, finds all the side poblems, meticulously cleans up after himself and is genuinely friendly. I always feel confident that the subject problems are solved.

Installed a foot of copper($50.68), service call - drove to house($45.00) I live 5 miles away from them, charged for 1.5 hours, might of been here 45 minutes. It took him 2 tries to fix the leak. I should have asked the wife before I called them. Back in 1998, when she opened her salon, they were installing water lines and a water heater, and had to be called multiple times to get job done. Then the bill came, lets just say she was not happy. I would not recommend using Hill and Hill, they'll overcharge you for parts and services.

We have been using Hill and Hill for several years now, they always send the particular craftsmen we ask for .
It was smooth and efficient. Cliff even removed our old unit and took it away .

Cliff Maitland is the Hili and Hill repair specialist. He's very detail oriented and his manner a d workmanship is outstanding.

They were very good, very professional, very kind, and understanding. The price and quality was great. They are a company I would use again in the future.

The workmen were excellent. They came right away, did the work as described and were very courteous. They stuck to their estimate and I will use them again in the future.
