"I recently had Real Seal do some repairs to a dock wall and lift a sidewalk at my work. From the first moment I contacted Real Seal they are nothing but professional. My first point of contact was Diane Schnieder. This lady is the best. When she came out to look at the scope of work, she told me yes indeed we can fix this. Then I mentioned a more complex repair on the leaning loading dock wall. Diane looked it over and said we can fix it. They have already repaired the sidewalk, and they are coming back out to repair the leaning dock wall. This company is totally awesome."

"The sales rep Tim was very professional and patient with me. Throughout the sales process he listened to all my concerns and explained the process from beginning to end. I know that I would have problems with wood replacement and tim made sure to make note of that. During the install there was a miscommunication with the crew and that lead to inadequate wood repair in the beginning. At this point I called the project manager Walter and explained the situation to him. Shortly after Walter came to my house with the field manager Mike and they both did a more thorough inspection of the wood repair and we came to the solution that best fit my home. After the wood repair incident everything went very smoothly. The crew worked very hard and did beautiful work after they took care of the newly installed wood. Overall the experience good.
