He took the time to meet me and find the perfect slab for the tub to match the Pottery Barn piece. We are on a tight budget and he even managed to include a steam shower into his design with some really good cost saving ideas. He has a way of listening and resolving the most difficult of construction "problems." We are not the easiest people to please (I will admit that I am a stickler for details) and he always was a professional. He even worked with our own contractor and was always there to answer his calls when my mother or I was not available. The project was completed on time - actually early as it was a birthday present for my father and needed to be finished by May 2nd."
