I had a water leak from my ice maker. The water line had a pin size hole in it and was leaking downward thru the floor. Once I realized the issue. I had a 6x6 section of flooring to be replaced. I also had sub-flooring, drywall and insulation that needed to be replaced. My insurance suggested I bring in a specialist. Because of the potential of mold. I called Patrick at Mold Removal & Solutions. Patrick came to the house the same day and gave me a quote. A couple days later Patrick started working and was finished in about three days. This is the second time I used Mold Removal and Solutions. Patrick and his crew were always on time and professional. I would recommend Patrick to anyone.

Commercial Toxicity and Mold Removal
We have a cold room for adhesive storage and had a horrible case of mold due to an incorrect build out. I called these guys and they came out very quickly. They removed all of the mold along with infested ceiling tiles and paint the fell off of the wall during the process. They left the walls looking new again and cleaned their mess. We have not had a mold issue since. I highly recommend these professionals!

10/10 recommend! We had mold in our attic discovered during our home sale inspection, and mitigation was required as a condition of closing on our home…and we needed it fast too for a two week closing. Not to mention this was all happening in a perfect storm of timing while my family was out of town. I called, and Patrick came out the very next day and assessed and treated same visit. He was thorough, communicative, and professional. Because we were out of town he sent plenty of pictures of the before and after, explained every part of treatment to us, and the home buyer, and worked directly with the buyer to make sure the warranty was set up in their name properly. He was incredibly careful and professional in set up and clean up before and after treatment, and as quick to share all need documents immediately allowing us to close on time. I can’t thank Patrick enough for the incredible service we received and I highly recommend using Mold Removal & Solutions LLC.
