Fixed the problem. My complaint is that the part they replaced only cost $ 85.00 online but they charged me $225.00 just for the part. The part was Honeywell 11and quot;Fan and Limit CTRL #L4064B. Ed's invoice # is 6123. I know that they make some money on parts but this is unacceptable.

After many more calls we were told that the window wouldn't be in until July 23rd. We requested a refund and after many more calls were told that they don't give refunds. The window was finally installed on August 2nd over a week after they received it. We will never do business with them again.!"

"Our Larson storm door closer was caught by the wind and ripped the bracket away from the exterior door frame. Chris Engle promptly arrived when he said he would. Polite and professional, he accessed the damage and told me what he could do on the spot for the least amount of money. Not a pretty job for what he had to work with unless we wanted to replace the whole door and frame, but he made our exterior door and storm door useable. He also installed a wind chain on the storm door for added protection."
