They finally left but there was a small leak from the toilet water line and I called them and they came back again to check it and fix it, no big deal they did great! 10/10"

"The 2 plumbers who came were great and the projects were completed to my satisfaction. My one concern was cost. The one guy adjusted the flushing mechanism and replaced the flap in the tank of the toilet. The other replaced a gas valve behind a range. They were here for just about 1 hour. With minimal parts required and only 1 hour work, I felt the $500 charge was a bit excessive. Having had other work J&S completed over the past few years that I thought was more fairly priced, I am willing to try again, but some consideration should be given to the length of time it takes to complete a project rather than just going with the list price for a project."
