"After hearing sounds in our attic on Christmas day we went on Angies List and found Animal Wildlife Trackers (AWT). We suspected it was squirrels since we had seen them running up on our roof. We called AWT the day after Christmas and Jim came out the same day. Jim was very thorough in explaining things to us so we would have an idea of how this type of problem is resolved and how their company works with us through this process. He put down 3 traps in our attic. Within a matter of hours squirrels were in the traps and Jim was back the next day to take them out. It took approximately 3 weeks to confirm all the squirrels were out and the access to our attic was closed off to prevent more of them from coming in. The problem was resolved and work was completed in 6 visits and during this time 8 squirrels were removed and the entry points were closed off. We found this company to be very responsive and knowledgeable and we would use them again. Jim was very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant and he made us feel less stressed about this situation. He made us feel confident that he could resolve the problem in a timely manner. While this was not cheap to resolve, it was worth every penny to have the piece of mind that this problem was gone. While we hope that we will not need their service again, we would definitely call them if we had a need for this service and we would highly recommend this company if you have problems with wildlife in your home. They are very responsive!"

Andrew arrived in just over an hour which is exactly what he said. Within 10 minutes he contained the skunk confidently and skillfully! The skunk did not spray! "I contacted Tier 1 Exterminators via email about some rodent issues I’ve been having - I live in an older house with a lot of gaps in the foundation so I wasn’t too surprised to hear them start scampering about in my crawlspace once the temps cooled down. They not only responded with a general quote very quickly (within 20min), they were able to schedule a technician to come out within 48 hours. On the day of my appointment, the technician (Charlie) texted me to let me know that he was on the way and gave me an ETA which was great since I have large dogs that I need a few minutes to square away. He showed up and was super friendly, asked about my dogs and family, and then started doing his inspection. That took about 10-15min, then he gave me a run down of what he found, where the entry points were, etc. He kept me very well informed on how he would deal with the issue (trap locations and making sure I was okay with the placement, where he needed to seal, pricing).
