"I contacted their sales rep who worked with me over a period of a few months to set this plan in motion.  He was very helpful, honest and attentive.  I appreciated that he didn't hound us for the sale.  Once installation day came, the team showed up on time.  They were very neat, and very very polite.  We were impressed at how efficiently this team performed together.  It was clear that they had their routine down to an art. They took out the old windows and put the new ones in a very efficient manner in the middle of January!!  They worked so diligently that our house never even cooled. The windows fit and look great.  They did a nice job of cleaning up, both inside and outside the house.  And they finished all of this in one day.  Start to finish, I believe they installed everything in 6-7 hours!  I cannot say enough good things about this whole experience.  And they charged less than half the price of their local competition!  I can't wait to recommend them to my friends and family.

"Canâ t say enough good things. I bought an old house with some small issues with water leakage. After a good rain we would inevitably at least have some water in the basement. After 3 years, I decided it was time to have a dewatering system installed. I received quotes from three companies, not only was PIVOTAL the best value but they also were very trustworthy and made sure I understood every step of the process. On the days of the install, the crews were courteous and extremely efficient. They completed my 800 sq foot basement in a day and a half and left the area spotless. It was almost a month and a half before our first rain and I was dying to see how it performed and it worked as expected. A few days later we got 10 inches of rain and I thought for sure even this new system wouldnâ t be able to keep up. The basement was dry as a bone and there wasnâ t even a drop of water. "In the last month I have had both of these crews working on my patio and basement wall. I asked them questions and they gave good answers. Tim Boudrean, the crew leader on the wall project, took time to explain the whole process of putting up carbon fiber wall supports. The whole crew seemed to know there jobs well and cleaned up good when they were done. I was pleased with the work done. I must say I had one major complaint about the wall job. The agreement I signed stated I must prepare the basement so they would have access to the wall. It was difficult for me because we have a bathroom against part of the wall. I was afraid the bathroom would be destroyed, so I measured the distances that was needed between the carbon braces. (a lot of Youtube research) I figured that the only part of the bathroom affected would be the sink. The sales rep disagreed and said the shower had to be taken out. I gave in and had the shower taken out. The installation crew actually placed the braces almost exactly where I had marked. The shower did not have to be removed. Mid American Basement should have sent an installer instead of a sales rep to verify the placements. It cost me extra to have the shower removed and will cost more to repair the tear down."
