They were very friendly, professional and fixed my problem on the spot.

I called them they came right away provided a reasonable quote. Tuck pointed natural stone foundation, built a wing wall, repaired stone wall entrance to basement. Did a great job worked with me through out the process to achieve the results I wanted. Its beautiful and i will be hiring them in spring for interior foundation repairs.

JL Masonry responded to my call the same day and came to inspect my chimney top blocks which needed replacement. He gave me a satisfactory quote and was able to do the work the next day. The work was completed ontime. He was professional and respectful. He cleaned up and left my property as found except now my chimney is repaired.

I felt he was knowledgeable, and he was able to get the job done when I wanted it done.

Did not finish the project. Some of the pointing done is already falling out. Water pours into my windows during strong rains. 7 months of rehab on a 100 year old building. This is the only project outstanding. New construction being ruined. Very disappointed.

Always late, did not refill the hole he dug to locate a broken pipe although he said he did. I believe he overcharged me and knocked money down from his employer. And $6,000 seems an odd bill The owner Jose seemed fine, the workers not so much. I am sure they were doing a morning job before coming to mine but always said he was "on his way" and show up 2-3 hours later. He did find an additional leak and repair that, however.

I hired JL Masonry to do some brick foundation repair. They came out to quote the same day I called. The guys were less than professional drinking on the job every day, making inappropriate comments about my mother, using my tools. The job easily could have been completed in 2 days, however, they dragged it out over 4 weeks. They were cheaper by far than any other option and I guess that has to be considered in their professionalism. They broke my wheel barrow (paid for it after some argument) covered my buckets/shovels in concrete. I had a dumpster in the driveway that they threw a TV and an old tire in, without asking me, and neither item is allowed (they removed them after more argument). In short the work was done correctly, but if you are looking for professionalism or just decent guys in general look elsewhere. Would not hire again.
