Unlike other contractors that will look at something and just say "Oh this is the issue, it'll cost about $10,000 to fix" Pivotal Basement Solutions is the opposite of that. After talking with Jeff on the phone they came to my house a couple of days later and took a look at our situation. We had been getting water coming into our basement and Jeff not only took the time to check things out but he provided information on how to chase down where the leak might originate from. Brian Gould came out and helped us to know the best solution for our basement issues and was most pleasant and respectful the whole time we discussed what we needed. Brian came out 2 weeks before to check if we were ready and if we had any other questions about what would be done. The crew that came out to install the waterproofing consisted of Cory, Alex, and Jose and they were the most pleasant people to work with.
