We are an authorized Merillat cabinet dealer serving North Shore, Chicago and suburbs. Exquisite has a great collection of Granite and Marble slabs in different sizes in stock. This certainly saves money for bathroom and small kitchen counter top remodeling projects. We have great experience in installation of all flooring tiles and hardwood floors. Fireplace, stone surround and hearth design and fabrication is our expertise. We can save you time and money during remodeling because we do not need to order our cabinets and counter tops from other vendors. We will design and fabricate them in our facility and we will be in control of all aspects of delivery and installations. 10 Employees. Uses subs for some installations and labor. "Find another contractor - its too large of an investment - too many negative reviews!!!! I am first time reviewer for any product or service. Potential clients need to be aware of working with this company We had a horrible experience with Exquisite. 1. Poor communication - they didnt respect our time. told us multiple times they would be at our house in one hour and then would call 3 hours later saying they couldn't make the appointment. then we would have to follow-up to reschedule. 2. Subs - several of their subs were unprofessional and disparaged the owners while on the job site. 3. Quality - miscut stone and then tried to convince us that it was ok and told us about other imperfections in our house....or to "Cover up the mistake with a plant" lol. When we asked for the stone to be replaced at their cost, they said it was too late and that they would provide a discount instead. They do not value quality or service. 4. While we were negotiating a final price (based on contractor error) they filed a lien on our property.... before the work was even complete. Horrible ethics. After payment in full, still didnt complete the work. and we do not want them to come back in our home after this experience. I highly recommend finding a reputable contractor to work with on your renovation."
