The price is good. They have been great. The waiting area is good. It is a regular, car dealership waiting area and one of them has a TV.

I have used Quality Auto Reconditioning for my auto service and I'm thinking of calling them again because they do very good work and they have reasonable prices. I was there last in March of 2015. I would tell others that they do very good work at a reasonable price. Their professionalism is a little brusk, but that's their MO. I was thinking of calling them again in the future to do my husbands car.

Took this in for $99 special for detailing from Angie's list. Not perfect but overall they did a good job on cleaning the car. they recommended filling in a few chips in the windshield before they started cracking and fixing a couple of dings in the paint. Happy with overall result.

They did some really nice dent removal, including a tough one that looks great now. Communication was great, and when KC said that they would need more time due to the dents being more involved than first thought, we worked it out though he was willing to stay late to hit the original deadline. A good guy, good to his word, and a great job.

I've been going to QAR since 2013, the first time using Groupon. I couldn't believe the job they did. It was GREAT. The interior carpet mats were almost like new (except where I wore the carpet off with my heal). I used to scrub them and scrub them with every cleaning product out there and never was able to get them so clean. The water just beads off the car. Since 2013 I go there twice a year. They even know me by name now. It's also a good excuse to walk over to the Pancake house for breakfast while they are doing the car. I highly recommend these guys.

They did a great job. They did the car really well. We were pretty happy. It was a little extra because there was more work than what the deal held. They should stick to the offered price to get an A. They should be more accurate. Price was pretty good.

They inspected the car beforehand for damage and flaws and and made a few recommendations. One was the clean the engine compartment which I appreciated.
I left the car overnight and picked it up the following day.
They did an outstanding job on every detail.
My 13 year old car almost looked like new.
I would definitely use them again and highly recommend to those who appreciate cars, especilly older ones.

From my Yelp review--
So I just spent $4500 to get a lot of work done here.
1) Repair a big tear in my driver's seat - this I give 5 stars - looks great.
2) Recondition my aluminum rims - the rims themselves I give a 5 they look great;
HOWEVER, I noticed a lug nut missing, and was told it broke when they were removing it.
QAR then tells me that I "can buy them easily, they come in a packs of 4 or 5"
Anyways after I took delivery it turns out there were TWO lug nuts missing,
so now I'm out $16 for the replacements from the dealer. Customer Service - 0 stars
3) Extensive rust repairs including two doors being replaced -
The finished product not counting the difficulties I had probably 4 stars,
but the details are why I will never bring another car here.
--Multiple delays - told several times my car would be ready in a couple days, by the end of the week, and even the final time we shook hands on it being ready for a Friday - picked it up the following Thursday while they were scrambling to finish putting it back together. Very, very annoying - just be honest with people and tell them when it will be done.
--So one of my headlights had to be removed for the work and when it was replaced
one of the three plastic mounting brackets was broken - they just put it back together
like nothing happened - and my headlight shakes while driving - very annoying -
when I confronted them about it - they first wanted to attempt some sort of 'fix' -
I told them no - the only way to correct the problem is to get a whole new headlight
assembly - which he finally was willing to do - but I'm not willing to let him touch my
car again - so I'll take a pass and just warn anyone who reads this to pay very close
attention to what your car looks like before and after any work done here.
--The hood support bar was not returned to its clip and found banging around in engine.
--Leftover parts were left in the driver's door map pocket
--Used paint masking tape left inside the car.
--and of course the missing lug nuts mentioned above.
I wanted to give this place a better review, but I'm just too frustrated by the overall
experience - Nice guys, but poor scheduling and a lack of responsibility for their mistakes
equals a poor rating from me.
