I called and spoke to Jose and he said he would come look at it within the hour. He arrived about 45 minutes later and just as I thought I needed a new door. He took measurements and said they would be able to install a new door that same day. Later that afternoon Jose (a different Jose) arrived and took off the old door, frame, wood around the door and spring. He completed the job in about 2 1/2 hours.
