Our experience with Signature Metal Works was very positive. They designed a metal railing for our home staircases. They designed to our specifications and also included a wood handrail. We compared with a couple other companies and found SMW had competitive prices and better attention to detail, which ensured a higher quality result. Olga & Peter were great from the very start. I sent them photos of what I was looks for along with a few dimensions. In return they emailed me a proposal for the work based on what I gave them. Upon agreement, Peter came out to measure. He was personable, friendly and very professional. He came prepared with examples of his work and tools to accurately measure the stairs. Once in production, I was surprised to see in-progress photos, which was great and very much appreciated. I thought it was a nice touch. On the install day, they were on time, clean and very professional. I would recommend Signature Metal Works to anyone looking for a high quality guardrail and handrail. Thanks for the beautiful railing!!

Peter  was extremely professional, he knows all local city codes and helped us design the railings that not only were beautiful but also complied with the building code.  When we needed steel beams installed to support the porch, Peter came  up with a great idea how to fit the beams with the least visibility but the most structural support.  Everything was done within the promised time frame, right on time, very professional crew. The railings look fantastic. We will definitely hire them again when we need to do more metal work.

The railings look great. I needed a quick turnaround and Signature were the only company able to work within my time frame. They were very responsive and easy to communicate with. Recommended.

We contacted SMW as we wanted to install new handrails on two staircases in our house. We sent Eugene a couple of pictures to give him an idea about the design. We then talked on the phone, Peter came to take measurements, and roughly a month later to do the installation. The handrails are exactly as we wanted!! The whole process was very smooth, and we are very happy with the work.

Peter and his team were outstanding.  Peter has an impeccable eye and his suggestions for refinement were right on (and I am a picky guy).   His team, Eugene and Javier (I hope I recall Javier's name correctly) are all courteous, always returned calls, emails and texts promptly, were flexible about their scope of work, had the most competitive price, and got the job done exactly per my drawings much earlier than promised.  Installation was flawless.  It is very rare for me to have such a positive experience with a contractor and I have never posted a review or recommendation for a contractor in my life until now at age 43.  I highly recommend them and will easily use them  again and again if I have the need.

I went to meet Peter and Eugene at their shop. Based on my dimensions and the style I chose they made quickly a proposal for a taylormade metal balcony.I had an older wooden balcony which was replaced by Signature Metal Works' product and I couldn't be happier with the outcome.

Signature Metal Works was very responsive to any questions or concerns I had from start to finish. At the same time I had a major siding job done at my house and they communicated very well directly with my siding contractor for a proper preparation.

Everything from production to installation was done punctually within the planned schedule. They sent to me pictures of our balcony during different production phases and also invited me to check out the product at their shop.

We met with Peter twice at his shop and picked out the design we wanted and then worked out the exact specifications for the railing we wanted (height, material, color, etc.). He gave us an exact price based on those specifications. We didn't comparison shop, so we have no idea what someone else might charge for the same product, although we believed that what Peter was making is probably not made by anyone else. The actual fabrication only took a week or two, but we had to wait another couple of weeks before they were able to send someone out to deliver and install the railing. The installer (Gabriel) was very neat and meticulous. He took out the old railing and put the new one in and cleaned up after he was done.

We reached out to SMW for a custom modern or contemporary railing. They told us that if we had something particular in mind to come by the shop and discuss. They showed us the variety of railings and elements they use in their designs and we decided on the perfect design for our home. The price was more than we originally wanted to spend but once we saw the picture of the railing before it was installed - we knew it was worth every penny! Peter came out to do the measurements before installing and fabricating and they had it done within 2 weeks. We love this new look and it really compliments the overall home look - if anything it elevates! We loved working with SMW and will recommend to all of our friends!

Peter is very professional, came out for an estimate, worked together with us designing the railings. Once we picked the design he fabricated the railings and window wells grates according to the specs and had these items installed as promised in timely and professional manner. We've worked with Peter before, he designed and installed the steel support beams for our porch, did a great job then and we are looking forward to working with him and his company again in the future.

Peter came out right away to the job site. I had him do another railing work but before it was for a fence, this time I needed metal railing for a spiral in my condo to bring it up to code to sell. He came out - was done measuring within 20 minutes and I receieved the estimate the next day! I compared him to a few other metal fabricators in the city and his prices were very reasonable and because he did an amazing job on my fence outside another home of mine - I knew that he could not simply put a railing up but make sure everything was up to code and safe as well as beautiful. Because of the intricacy of my staircase, he had to do the work at the home, but this way it was done exactly the way it needed to be done and I was really happy with the outcome! It's beautiful, up to code and the price was more than reasonable! I have this guys card on me just in case I ever need any other work done. He is fair, has a lot of experience and I know for a fact that I will get a beautiful product no matter what!

It went very well. I simply did my research on Google and called a few contractors. Peter was the first to respond and his portfolio is what stood out to me - he wasn't simply a welder - he was an artist with a complete understanding of what the client is looking for. We met up - I provided a deposit for the work and within 2 weeks my balcony was completed. Love his work!
