But, dealing with their constant miscommunications and failures to uphold their end of the contract is just too much for one to handle. Opals staff will tell you things that are not true, cause a lot of frustration and try to hold you accountable for it. They will also mail your address on a flyer out to everyone in your surrounding neighborhood. So be prepared for strangers to be driving by - though they consider this as *marketing* - without your consent, of course. Would I recommend Opal? No. We are now getting quotes for windows/doors and a roof but with a different company - though Opal does all of this."
