"Good morning Mrs. Connor: I'm very sorry you feel this way. I would like to address your concerns and clarify what happened. We had an estimate scheduled for you on Nov. 18th at 3pm. We do apologize that Francisco was running a bit behind to your appointment. However, he only went in for an estimate. When he took a piece from the vent it was because it had fallen off and he simply picked it up to dispose of it. The piece that he picked up was less than 1 inch, so no contamination was done. Francisco did not disturb the area or created dust to release fibers. We only place plastic when we set up the area that we will be abating. In this case again it was only for an estimate, so no testing or containment needed to regulate the area. He didn't tell you anything when you sprayed water or cleaned up your floor because that was your personal preference and it is your home and because there was nothing to address. In regards to the quote; I gave you a call at the phone number provided and left a voicemail to please call me back and provide us with your email address, so that I can provide you with an official proposal for the removal. Francisco always answers any questions or concerns about the removal or process of it, and I send you the official quote through email. We have been in business for over 16 years and have not had any issues in contaminating or putting any of our clients at risk. This is something that we take very serious and that is the reason why I needed to reply to your comment. We respect your decision of not hiring us or moving forward with our services, but wanted to clarify that there was no ill intent in any way on our part."
