The work was completed in a timely manner. They did leave behind some tape on the vents that I had to remove. Otherwise, the removal of our asbestos containing material was done professionally on time and with good value.

I contacted A&B to remove a water damaged tile floor totalling 500 sq. feet in 3 rooms. They provided a phone estimate and I asked them for an estimate in person because of the unique situation at the house. They arrived promptly and confirmed the same amount from the phone estimate. We are looking to upgrade our old furnace to central air. In the process of obtaining estimates, asbestos was discovered in the old pipes. I contacted A & B Environmental Construction Inc. (“A&B”) for information on testing and removal. Liz helped me set up an appointment. Francisco Lomeli arrived on time, on the scheduled date, to conduct testing. Francisco was very thorough. After confirming that asbestos was, in fact, what was coating the old pipes, he explained in detail what would be done, and a date for removal was set. Once again, Francisco, this time with his team, showed up on time. The process took a total of three days (set-up, removal and clean-up). Every member of Francisco's team was very professional. Upon completion of the project, an inspector was called to conduct a final test. Everything tested clean. As a homeowner, asbestos removal sounds daunting. However, A&B made the process easy; they were fast and professional. I recommend A&B without reservation. Their level of experience and professionalism is extremely rare and very valuable in this day and age.

A & B had good follow through from initial appointment to finalizing the quote. They removed possibly asbestos contaminated vermiculite from the attic and the loose insulation on top of it in an older bungalow. They set up appropriate precautions to make sure there was no contamination of the lower floors. The work was done in a day and half. The attic passed inspection with no issues.

No problems, they were at my house while I was at work, all finished when I got home. Carpeting and tile gone, the floor cleaned and sealed. They measured the Asbestos content in the air and left a good quality final report.

Francisco explained the removal process to my parents. He provided documentation showing he was a certified and licensed asbestos remover. He showed up on time, protected the area and monitored the air. The removal process went well and the price was fair. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone.

I appreciated the prompt service and analysis results. It allowed me to go forward with my project. At the time of the sample collection, I was told verbally that the sample most likely did not contain asbestos. The lab results confirmed that information and I was satisfied. I don't know how the cost of $100 compares to others. Was glad to have it done in a very timely manner.

Reached out to a number of companies on quotes and Francisco over the phone gave me a reasonable quote.  They came over the next day to just do a visual check and said the price they quoted on the phone was right on and they could have it done as soon as the permits came in.  They showed up at 9am 10 days later and had finished by 3pm so it went smoothly and quickly.  they did the prep work needed, took care of the tile and mastic and came back the next day for the air check and once it passed, took down everything and left.  It was easy, quick and very professionally done.    I think they did a great job and it met my high standards so i recommend them to anyone looking for friendly and cost effective asbestos removal. 

They removed asbestos-containing roof shingles from the house and garage, covering an area of about 1800 sq. feet.  They arrived on time, the work was done carefully, quickly, very clean, well organized.  Clean-up afterwards was excellent.  Francisco is very pleasant and responsive.  The work passed inspection easily, no problems.

This is a family run company with a great personality. They assured me the work would be done properly with HEPA filters and air quality testing afterwords.
Either Francisco or his father were at the work site both days.They assured the basement was cleaned. All the tile and mastic was completely removed. I was left with a very clean cement basement floor. I was very happy with the work. They were done within 1.5 days. The price was right. I would highly recommend this local company.
