"We used Integrity Windows and Siding back in 2012 to replace our siding and half of our windows (one of the windows did break shortly after installation - it was quickly replaced at no cost, no questions asked). Fast forward to 2023, we again sought out Integrity and Howard to install some of the remaining windows. Howard is very knowledgeable, easy to work with, explains options, kept us informed during the process and sells a quality window at a fair price. Mike, who has been with Integrity for 20+ years, was very careful during the installation - clearly he knows what he is doing! The windows look great, work great and keep us warmer. We highly recommend Integrity and Howard for your next project. We couldn't be happier."
"Siding,Soffits &Fascia,Roof and Gutters They did a great job. They did the job in a timely manner. They cleaned up the work area. They did great work !"
"Replaced windows with Anderson 100 series windows as well as the siding on the house. Entire process was smooth and painless, Salesman was professional and not the typical high pressure usually found with window and siding companies. They weren't the cheapest bid but only slightly higher than the others. Overall, we are very happy with the job and feel that the quality of the workmanship and the professionalism of the company was worth the minimal price difference. I would hire again."

"Can't say enough good things about this Environmental Abatement company. Got four bids with widely varying prices and level of professionalism. This company offered a very professional contract at a fair price - not the highest or lowest. Phone and online contact was always top notch. This was a big job because the building is 45 ft tall and had a top layer of aluminum siding that had to be removed in order to get to the asbestos siding that had been installed around 1935. The job was big, dirty, difficult due to weather and size of building. They did a perfect job, removing all debris, nails, cleanup every day for five days. A special shout out to the project manager, Jimmy. He was a good communicator, supervisor, hands on participant every step of the way. Do not hesitate to hire this organization if you need siding removal."
"I rated quality and price 4.5. Thry didn't have the right color for accent siding but replaced with no problem however, still not the right color, but if they ever get the Ivory color in that I wanted they would replace at no charge. The price was expensive but it was worth having work done correctly. Also, not having to call and constantly be put off like some other smaller companies. I'm still waiting for the supposedly "Reputable " contractor that redid my kitchen ,flooring and Bathroom and closets fixed. Sadly, I had to turn them over to Attourney General. They left me no other choice. I will definitely use Midtown for new windows at a later."
Yes, clapboard siding generally costs more compared to vinyl. The average cost for vinyl siding is between $2 and $7 per square foot. Meanwhile, clapboard siding costs$4 to $20 per square foot.
Siding pros typically charge by the square foot when providing estimates for siding projects. They’ll take the material cost and add in an estimated labor fee, and some contractors will include an additional upcharge to account for profit, waste, and unexpected issues. Another important price factor your pro will consider is the quality of your home’s current siding, which they’ll need to remove, and your home’s sheathing. If pros have to make any additional repairs to your home’s exterior, the added labor will also influence your final siding cost.
Wood siding requires that air can circulate behind it and that water can drain away if necessary. Your home needs a water-restrictive barrier underneath furring strips to achieve the air and water gap.
Fiber cement siding is the best siding to install over stucco because it offers many of the same benefits for homes where stucco is common, including fire resistance, insect resistance, and good insulation. Fiber cement siding is also rigid, so it won’t warp over time like vinyl siding might if installed over furring strips.
Hardie board is more expensive than vinyl siding. Vinyl siding costs $3 to $12 per square foot, on average, with cost skewing toward the lower end of that range. Hardie board siding costs $7 to $18 per square foot, depending on the style, color, and trim. However, it lasts twice as long and often looks nicer, meaning you’ll see a higher bump in your home value and greater curb appeal from Hardie board.
