From the start of working with this company, they were upfront and honest and did everything they could to get a new roof. Frankie was the first person I spoke too. He told me that he thinks we have hail and wind damage and that they would like to take a look at our roof. I usually say no but Frankie was really genuine and explained that he would take pictures and show me everything. And that is exactly what he did. They showed me about 15 different pictures of damage on my roof. From there, he assured me that I had enough damage to make a claim and that is that what I did. A few days later, the insurance sent out and adjuster to look at the roof and Sam Jr. and another gentlemen were there too. A couple days after that, I was approved by my insurance for a new roof! The day of roof installation was great. They did an excellent job and finished just about everything in one day. They did a great job of cleaning up, as if nobody was ever there. Sam Jr. and Sam Sr. were there to oversee everything. I would highly recommend this company to friends and family. They were very professional and responsive to all of our questions and they were a pleasure to do business with!

Very organized and answered my many questions. Communication skills were amazing - texting me updates all along the process. The project was done in one day and they came back twice to check on the yard (nails) due to melting snow. They heard our needs and applied our needs to the project. Their ability to work with our insurance took much of the tedious work out of my hands. Highly recommend this company!

Very organized with excellent communication for questions, scheduling, etc. Came out with a large crew working like clockwork to remove and replace both the house and garage roofs in one day, then cleaned up, not leaving a trace they were there. Provided good guidance afterwards to make sure we had the permits if the city checked back, to suggest we call our insurance agent to get a break in the rate given the more protective roof, etc.

Personnel very professional from management to workers. Had wind damage on my roof and at my request Sam Parada (manager of New Restoration System) immediately contacted my Home Insurance and proactively follow up with ins. adjuster. Once got approval home insurance, Immediately Sam proceeded to get the permit (same day) and later at night he called to see if I was ready for roof installation for the next day. Roofers where very diligent with the roof installation and cleaning afterwards. Next day Sam came and did a very thorough inspection of the roof and we where all happy with it. Great customer service and I highly recommend New Restoration Services.

Excellent work! The entire experience in working with New Restoration System, LCC, from start to finish, greatly exceeded my expectations. Sam was very professional, listened to my requests, offered solutions to the problem areas I pointed out to him, and he kept me informed throughout the process. They got the job done in one day and arrived exactly at the time they told me they would. The workers were very respectful to my property, as well as my neighbors' property, as they worked and left everything clean when they finished. George and Sam were very helpful in carrying out the roof replacement work. The entire roof was changed in 2 days. They did a great job cleaning up as well after the work. Very fast and efficient. Overall, the team did a good job.

Sam was great to work with. On the day the roof was installed, 15 guys attacked my home. I have a big home with a big roof. They were done in a day. Everything was cleaned up. The customer service I have experienced was outstanding. A couple of screens were ripped from debris. They were out the next day with a crew to repair the screens. There were some coils that needed some wires tucked away, again, they were out here the next day. Now I wont know the craftmanship of the roof, until downpours and snow accumulates. I have all the confidence that everything will be fine.

I had a complete roof replaced and new gutters installed in just a few days. Sam and his team were on time everyday, worked respectfully around your property and got the job done quickly. If an issue came up Sam was quick to communicate the issue and we worked together on getting it resolved while remaining cost effective. I highly recommend them for any of your roofing, gutter or siding needs.
