"My loft above my garage was humid and a bit uncomfortable from what I was expecting. I’ve watched enough home repair shows and understand air flow enough to know it would never be perfect, but something was off because of the humidity issues. Mike came in and did an inspection, confirming that there was a lot of room for improvement in the garage ceiling. The heat camera was showing that there was a lot of heat transfer happening in the loft, foot prints (from boots) leaving heat transfer marks which is unusual and recommended dense insulation pack to fill the void. I sat on it for a few weeks, called and scheduled for the 17th, but got in early due to an opening. It took several hours to complete the work, and the folks said it had 5” bat insulation but a 17” void, which confirmed Mike’s original thought that there was a gap between the insulation and the loft floor which was carrying the heat from the outside into the floor."

"Jeffrey arrived on time and was responsive. However, Jeff missed a VERY crucial, important and now COSTLY expense for my husband and I to NOW repair. Jeff missed many concerns with our front door. It has major gaps, wood rot and the door also hits the front step as you open the door. A few weeks after moving in we noticed our house was FREEZING and it was all due to the front door. The ENTIRE door needs to be replaced and I am so angry he did NOT catch this. This is costing us thousands of dollars to replace. Would NOT recommend Jeff to anyone. "Illiana came to fix our 2nd floor A/C unit that was leaking. The tech, Jim, said he there was a blockage in the drain line and that he would get it cleared by blowing it out. He blew it out---ALL OVER OUR MASTER BATHROOM!!! It was a complete eruption of the sink drain! Smelly, black, grimmy, and grotesque slime coated our custom walnut vanity cabinets, granite countertops, tile floor, walls, ceiling, mirrors, light fixtures, doors, clothes, cologne/perfume bottles, makeup, and my $5000 hearing aids and charger were submerged in sludge. RUINED. I immediately sent photos and video to their office and explained the situation to one of the girls that took my call. I then asked Jim what he was going to do and he said that there was nothing he can do about it, but someone would call me tomorrow. He then told me to have a good night and he left. As he walked away, I asked if he was just going to leave this mess for my wife and I to deal with and he said it wasn't his fault, and nothing he could do about it. He got in his truck and drove away. I called the office and Mary (general manager) said that she was aware of the situation and had spoken to the owner, but there wasn't anything else they could do about it. I asked if a cleaning crew was on the way to handle the mess Jim caused, and she said that she hadn't been advised to do anything about the situation. I asked to speak to the owner, but she said that wasn't possible. She said there wasn't anything else they could do, but she would try an have someone call me tomorrow. I asked her what we were supposed to do with the disaster left by the exploded sink drain, and she said that she didn't understand what I wanted done, but it was too late in the day for them to do anything. It was about 4pm CDT. We ended the call. I called Americlean and they showed up in under an hour to clean and sanitize the bathroom. $958.63 for the three-hour cleaning, $600 worth of makeup and perfume in the trash, $5000 hearing aids ruined, and several other minor incidental damages. Illiana never called us. Worst customer service imaginable. Unspeakable way to be treated. My wife and I are frustrated beyond description. Had it not been for the hearing aids, we likely would have just accepted it, but because of the lack of response, lack of accountability, and cost of the damages they caused we are pursuing legal action against Illiana. "John Jordan came my home. I told John Jordan verbally the brand I want was Lenox brand . All this done on computer. Has computer was going back and forth the brand I told the sum I want didn't up on their. He didn't leave at physical contact . So next morning they was installing the wrong brand. A off brand Goodman. Then the sun brought physical contact . I contact about poor installation. They began out one over the loud sound The first two shows black material that allows heat to escape around the three pipes. Had not been address by the company. The cord you which hangs right with electric tape wrapped around a wire. What happened when electric tape no going holds the furnace stop working . They so clear around pipe going to air conditioner the tile has rise. The picture show how they attract the furnace to floor using a lot clear clock with 3 screws one at each corner. Which a then stip metrical . The material is screw down to the floor but it attached to furnace. This job slopp"
