SAFE Electrical Service

I would hire SAFE Electric again and again and again! They are prompt, responsive, fair, efficient, courteous, respectful, etc. I have the highest recommendation for this company. Their customer service is top-notch and I'm grateful to have a company I can call when stuff just stops working or if I need to upgrade my lighting fixtures. I appreciate how they explain everything that needs to be done and what they did. You will not be disappointed. It wouldn't be hyperbole to say it will be the best home repair experience you will ever have.

Charles and the entire team at SAFE Electrical brought new service into my 115+ year old home and rewired the place top to bottom. As anyone might suspect, we all went into the project expecting the unexpected - but the contingency planning, both budget and time, kept the project on track without surprises. The team worked around me living and working 100% in the home as the work occurred. The entire company is professional, friendly, and live up to the name of "Safe" - in the work they perform and the feeling, as a home owner, of having a crew working in every inch of your home.

This is the second time I hired Safe Electrical, this time to install landscape lighting throughout my property, and as with my first experience with them, I am truly blown away with their professionalism. I work with a lot of the trades professionally, and I can easily say I have not come across another crew more kind, conscientious, respectful, and approachable as the Safe Electrical Crew. A special shout out to Keaton & Pat who worked so **** ** the install and worked with me to lay out all the lights throughout the gardens to my specifications. Also, a shout out to Ethan & Mike who came towards the end of the work day, and stayed late to make sure our project got completed on schedule. Everyone was careful around our plants/tress and they did a great job cleaning up after the work was done. Lastly, I would like to shout out to Noelle, who has always been so kind and timely with scheduling, billing, and updates. Truly, my entire experience was top notch!

I originally hired Safe Electrical Service 3.5 years ago to preform an electrical inspection on a home I was considering purchasing. Charles Ottsott was extremely professional and knowledge. When we ended up buying another house we had him preform the electrical inspection on that as well and he helped us determine that the home needed new wiring throughout and updated electrical panel. We eventually hired Safe Electrical to rewire our entire house, install all new devices and fixtures, and upgrade to 200 Amp service with new circuit breaker panel. His entire team was extremely friendly, professional, knowledgeable, clean and organized. They properly protected all surfaces and respected our time and property. I work in the home remodeling business so I deal with contractors and service providers all the time and Safe Electric is one of the best companies I have had the pleasure working with. Their work passed all city inspections. I will use them on all future electrical projects.

Charles and team are great to work with extremely friendly and they take the time to explain in detail the job being done. They actually also put in my new circuit breaker and several lighting fixture and outlets all over my very old house a few years ago and I've never had any issues

Charles and his crew did excellent work for us. They were extremely professional, offered really wise advice about what work we should do now and what work to potentially put off until later. They made sure to check off every single item that they agreed to fix or install and took out the time to answer any questions by phone or text that we might have had. We have great confidence in this company and their professionalism.

Crew arrived early they were masked up and went to work. We were told that the electricity would be shut off for about 5hours and it was. Crew was professional and courteous,work was done in one day. We had a small outlet fire that led to us making a decision to get our entire home rewired and brought up to code. Let me first start with this company is OUTSTANDING! My experience was great from start to finish. I’ll start with the person on the other end of the phone, Noelle, she was very helpful with scheduling someone to come out, answering all of my questions, and was phenomenal with making me comfortable and easing the anxiety that comes along with trying to find a company you can trust for a project like this. Next is the master electrician/owner, Charles, professionalism and customer service at its finest! He came out, did a walkthrough of my home, and came back a couple days later to review options with my husband and myself. When it came time to do the work, the entire crew was respectful of my home, courteous, and professional. A true reflection of their owner/leadership. The icing on the cake was when the village inspector came out and acknowledged that they did a phenomenal job. My husband and I are rarely surprised and I must say the work Safe Electrical did exceeded our expectations. I cannot say enough good things about this company. We have already recommended this company to a few co-workers and friends who are in need of electrical work. I rarely write reviews but this is one was well worth it and I can only hope it helps others who are in need of an electrician make their decision.

SAFE Electrical has just been a joy to work with. After lightning struck a tree causing a large branch to fall, pulling the electrical wires and electrical panel from the house, the team worked quickly to mitigate any immediate dangers by cutting tree limbs and checking the electrical connectivity to the house. Once the damage was fully assessed, the team got to work installing a new metering system, riser and grounding rod. In addition, they cut and removed the remaining tree limbs that fell during the storm. Mitch and his team were great to work with and I would highly recommend working with this team on your electrical needs–emergency or not!

Overall did excellent work! Arrived on time and explained what needed to be done during consultation. Gave me a few options to work with, which I appreciated. Scheduling a time for work to be completed was very convenient. Charles and his crew were very professional! Overall I am pleased with the level of work and will definitely be using Charles again in the future.

When unexpected complications arose due to prior wiring not being done correctly, presented options for resolving and again a great explanation of the concerns and the work needed to address them. Safe Electrical put in a competitive bid for our electrical service upgrade job (from 100 to 200 amp service) making sure our breakers were not overloaded, as well as installing an outlet in our dining room. Charles and his crew also did some rewiring (at no additional charge) where it was needed. I was pleased with a previous job Safe Electrical did installing a porch light, and installing an outlet for our new electric stove, so I called them for an estimate for this bigger job. The work took less than two days and after each day the electricians cleaned up the areas where they were working. We will definitely use their service for future electrical needs.

We were given a fair estimate after checking online what other people paid. The owner kept in contact. There was a 3 man crew sent on both days of work, the owner also worked 8 hours in the rain on the second day. The crews brought their own garbage cans, brooms, and vacuums and left area cleaner than when they arrived. Very professional in work, promptness, arrival times, and neatness of work. would recommend

Charles Otsott , the general manager, of Safe Electrical understood that my dogs were very important me and undertook to schedule his team to work when my dogs could be outside in decent weather. All of his team were personable, polite, excellent workers, often caring more about any messes than I was. The work was extended not because of them but because of myself running into unforeseen problems. I had agreed with Charles to make payments as work progressed, I always had to remind Charles that I owed him more money per our contract. There was a small over run of the original contract because I added some items, at the final payment I again had to remind Charles of this fact.
