"1) Corey's installation of a new water heater was marked by (a) the amount of experience he had in the field and (b) his concern for my safety -- which seemed even greater than my own!  He worked around my schedule, and went the extra mile in moving the nearby wash tub to fit in the heater!
2)  Joe came out and determined the gas had been turned off to my condo by mistake.  He got on the phone with Nicor to help me explain.  He was on the way home  when he saw the Nicor truck coming, turned around, and came back to help me explain to the technician what had happened.  Had he not been there, I fear I would still be struggling with the bureaucrats -- and have no heat.
Both men -- by explaining in great detail what was needed (or not needed) created the kind of confidence that made me use their service a second time!
