"These guys are very professional and knowledgeable. They explained everything in detail and made me feel confident that they thoroughly understand everything about fireplaces, chimneys and airflow. They gave me a number of remedies for potential problems inside the chimney and told me to heat the chimney first before adding the logs. They gave me some written info on potential repairs, explained in detail. They took photos all the way thru the process and showed me before and after inside and out. They cost a little more, but it is worth it."
