I was feeling a little uneasy when they canceled my install last week and wasn’t sure they were going to make this appointment ( I haven’t heard anything since the cancellation), but they showed up on time. The installation was going great until we realized the good side of the fence was going to be on my neighbor’s side (which was after the framing), they immediately changed it to the correct side, even though the person I originally spoke to had put the order in wrong, these guys changed it for me without hesitation. Overall I love my fence and I am happy with the install and the installers.

The install team was absolutely fantastic! Theywere very professional, curtious, and wonderful to work with. They also impressive on how well they cleaned up afterwards on a very rainy (and muddy) day! They even did an awesome job of cleaning up the mud and dirt in my neighbor's yard! Theywent over and above what I would expect on a rainy day, and the finished the install to perfection in a single day!

Great communication and customer service. Fence is leaning a little but the bulk of the job was done very well and communicated well and met my timeline.

If you hire the company, make sure that someone can help you with understanding the plans they send for the fence. One side of the project was not completed, so now I had to have a new contract for this completion.

The process took longer than expected but I am happy with the end result. If you end up with Ramiro doing the job, he and his colleague worked very efficiently and productively on the job. Ramiro is a hard worker and his work is stellar. Thank you Ergeon!
