Their repair based business spanned across northern Illinois, helping customers from the Iowa border to downtown Chicago. After 10 years and numerous customer requests, a retail location was opened in 2004. The Spa Shop carries a wide variety of hot tub components including jets, pillows, filters, covers, and chemicals. Our Company is run and managed by the two owners for a complete hands on experience. We have several sub contractors who are all local and owner operators as well. "He knows his stuff but is usually to inebriated to perform the work, speak to you in an knowledgeable manner, never gives you invoices at the time of his visit but than bills two to three. You are left scratching your head."
