Water had come in through one of our outside window wells. An entire room in our finished basement was flooded with about an inch of water. Quinlans came in the same morning I called for an estimate. As a matter of fact, I was still moving furniture out of the room when they arrived. AND, the rep even gave me a hand, moving the remaining items in the room. He gave me a quick estimate which was at least 65% cheaper than anyone else I spoke with. That estimate was in fact, the price. He cut out the padding under the carpet cleaned a little, and placed the fans under the carpet. After a couple of days, the carpet was completely dry. I believe he cleaned it after, as well. There was never any mildew smell or any proof that water was in that room.
