+ -1 moreBasically when I called the manufacturer they were unconcerned with my problem and didn't care if i got it fixed nor cared if I filed a complaint. The customer rep was not knowledgeable about his product at all. I would never recommend Sundance Spas, Inc. products to anyone.
Description of Work: Can't get dealers to service Hot tub. Company won't let consumers buy parts so the end result is we have a 2008 Cameo Hot tub that is broke and unusable and no way to fix it. Angie's List says more weight is given to reports that have actual service but we can't get them to come out to make a sevice call. Isn't that interesting, really caught between a rock and hard place.
