I asked him how long until he thought I would need a new roof. He said anywhere from 2 to 5 years. He then told me I would come out and check next spring, and if it needed it then he would submit his bid then, (unless I wanted to give him my money to do it now *he laughed*). I asked him how much he would need for the repair and he said nothing. Now, I don't want you dear reader to assume he does this regularly (free repairs) because normally he charges, but he said it was so minor that it was on the house. This guy really wants his customers to be happy and stay his customers, which is the BEST thing for a person you pay to want. Needless to say, I will go with him when my roof does need replacement.
