My husband replaced the starter on our minivan and unfortunately the computer locked up (because he had disconnected the battery for too long), so we had to get it towed to the dealer to get the battery reset. They were able to fit us in on a Saturday early afternoon. It turns out the battery needed replacing too. They allowed us to pick up the battery and take it to AutoZone to get another as it was under warranty and then reinstalled it for us. We also had them run a flash on the computer for another issue we were having. That problem has persisted and they can't do anything about it, but of course we paid. They were nice, but we would prefer to do the work ourselves or go elsewhere in the future.

I received 3 years of oil and filter changes for free when buying a certified used car from Worden Martin. They have never given me any issues about honoring the free services and have always been courteous. I do wish that their hours were longer as it's hard to leave work early enough to get an oil change.

The service managers are always courteous, on time, pleasant and thorough with their work. The facility is clean and neat. The waiting room offers free coffee, soft drinks and magazines.



This is our second Subaru and we highly recommend them. Kelly Wetherell was out salesman and was very helpful in negotiating our price and having the auto prepared as we ordered.

I went in because of an exhaust leak at the catalytic converter. It turned out a broken exhaust weld done by a shop had probably caused the failure. They replaced the cat under warranty anyways and recommended a place to have the weld fixed that would be cheaper than them doing it. I was so happy with their service that I paid a resonable albeit somewhat more expensive than other shops fees to flush the coolant system as it was almost time for that service anyways.

They were very nice. The salesman did not pressure me. Several years later when I went car-free they bought the car back at a reasonable price.

Worden Martin is a great place to get your car repaired while you still have a warranty on your car. When you buy a car there, there is a huge focus on maintenance. They provided me a year of free oil changes. I also has several repairs completed. They provide donuts on Saturdays, soft drinks, and coffee. The waiting area is very comfortable. There is usually a tv on to watch. They treat you well and if you are not satisfied, they will work hard to make it right.

While they were polite and friendly, the problem with my engine was never solved. I took my car around 3 times, and on the last time I had it worked on they told me it was an entirely different problem than they originally diagnosed. They wanted to charge me $800 on top of the $1150 they had already charged me. I declined at that point because I knew I was getting no where. I would not recommend this company!

I did not get any repairs. I just got a service. I was there six months ago. I was pleased with their service.
