In the process of buying a house, we asked the sellers to repair a small area on the roof before closing on the house. The sellers hired Freedom Roofing to repair the defective area of the roof. We went out to look at it 4 days before the house closing, and found Freedom's repair to be quite unsatisfactory. They repaired the wrong area of the roof, even though the buckled shingles should have let them know where the problem was. They also used a shingle color that was nowhere near a match to the existing shingles. I didn't expect a perfect match, but this was not even in the ball park. The sellers ended up giving us a credit at closing because there wasn't time for Freedom to come back and repair the roof again. I wouldn't have wanted them back anyway. So now I will have to have the whole roof redone because Freedom made the problem worse than it was. Will not be using Freedom Roofing.

Done in two days and spotless cleanup. Even cleaned my gutters for me.

I like to do some work myself and I like to work with Freedom to do the other parts.  I am a big fan of Freedom, they have done multiple jobs for me and my company.  The flexibility they offer is down to earth and practical, and the quality is great!
Siding:
The siding was layered over with weather protective boarding, and sided with vinyl. The job was done properly hiding the seams from the forward facing of the building, by overlapping the rear piece with the forward, creating the proper seamless appearance from the street.  They showed respect to tenants and where courteous to the neighbors by keeping working hours that did not run late into the day.
Windows:
During the quoting process all windows where measured, and different options for windows where provided. Windows where removed and replaced (10) and all where properly sealed. Trim was re-hung and lined up properly which drives home the quality of care Freedom puts into their work.  The old windows where removed from the site, keeping debris off the jobsite, keeping it from looking like a construction area
Doors:
I was provided the option to purchase doors from a local store, and Freedom, picked them up from the local store and took them to the job site with no additional hassle to me, to get them onsite. This provided me the luxury of picking out the exact style/brand/sale that I preferred.  (this was extremely rewarding)
Sill Repair:
When I was redoing some sub-floor I noticed that the sill plate was damaged, and I spoke with Freedom about what to do, since this can be a costly expense.  After discussing with Freedom we decided on how to repair the sill plate to keep the structure healthy and how to keep the costs down.  This is a great example of how the communication that comes with the quality of service that makes Freedom a great choice.  The balance of price/quality and honesty of the solution makes the end product a satisfying decision.
Freedom Roofing & Construction, Inc. has provided me the best level of communication that I could ever ask for. In the event of any project delays I was always kept up to date on any interruptions of weather, or complications in the project that required my choice of either product, or solution.  I have the confidence in knowing that when I ask for their opinion it is honest and not just the biggest bankroll.
