Good Call Plumbing

Good Call Plumbing is a fitting name for this company. I had them upgrade the inside water shut off valves for our faucets and toilets, plus the outside water spigot for our home. Steve the owner was a pleasure to work with and he provided a competitive quote. His plumbers: Jake and Zak were absolutely fantastic, they were professional, knowledgeable, customer friendly, finished the job on time and treated our home with great respect. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs, Five Stars!

We ended up in a bit of a pinch. We are remodeling our kitchen and found out at the 11th hour that our drain was too high to accommodate the undermount sink we purchased. We needed a plumber in short notice as the new cabinets were being installed, and we couldn't hold up the project. Good Call had two plumbers at our home in 48 hours. There was a snowstorm last night and they still showed up on time. We'll be using them after the sink is installed and I hope to have another good report then.

GCP are very highly recommended for their response time, ease of scheduling, quality of service, cleanliness and friendliness. Came in to update a shower and did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price. As with a lot of businesses, local and independent is best!

All the folks at Good Call Plumbing were great to work with. They were responsive and professional.

They came in, looked everything over, believed the leak was coming from the drain as there was no putty. Reset the drain and told us, “let’s start with this, see if it solves the problem.” if water continued to leak they would be back. Thankfully, that was exactly the source....no more leaks!!!

The work was well done. Matt and Jake were knowledgeable, respectful, and completed job needed. So far so good and problem seems fixed. We recommend them and Good Call Plumbing and would definitely hire again.

you guys are the BEST!!!!! everything was done quickly and easily. Only problem was an installation error by yours truly (ME). which you guys came back and fixed as i couaght you driving down the driveway. Dan and Brett rocked this project!!!!!!!!! and they saved me 815$ from a quote I got fron Windy City Router, who I might point out were amatuers!. You don't walk in with a number in your head and present the quote within 30-45 seconds, 975$ was the number of the day. Thanks again Dan and Brett, great job!!!!!

Very well. They were on time and work was done in under 1/2 hour. The new check valve is very quiet.

Excellent job. The work required removal of ancient concrete double washtub that needed to be broken up and hauled away up a tall flight of stairs. Replacement of old galvanized pipe lines and valves for washer. The valves were mounted conveniently for easy access on basement wall between sink and washer. Clean-up done completely after they were done.

Matt came out right away, capped off the pipe and came back the following morning and replaced the pipe. It took 3-4 hours to complete.

When you call the office they have friendly and super helpful people to answer your call and help you if you need something answered right away! You won't go wrong using this team! They are not a rip off plumber like some other companies. They gave me an estimate and sent me a bill. He didn't try to shove any extras on the bill. I am 100% confident of what the total is. It was a 5 star experience from start to finish. They wore booties. They told me what I needed, and not what they could sell me. I had three other plumbers come in trying to sell me 15 other things. He was $300 cheaper. This guy, Matt looked at the pipe and followed it all the way back to the main. The other plumbers walked down and spent about two seconds telling me of all the s*** I didn't need. Matt followed the pipe back and said there was condensation on the pipe, and he said the other plumbers didn't point that out because they didn't notice it and were trying to up sell me. I can't say enough good things about them.
I would use them again in heartbeat without reservation as well as recommend them to everybody that I know.

They did a great job. They were on time and did a good job. The price was right on and everything was fine.

1st; Steve and his whole field and office staff are top notch professionals and a pleasure to work with. We just moved in to our new home, built in '85, and the water softener & sump pump had been left powered off by the previous owner for an undetermined amount of time. The water softener is about 15 years old and we wanted to determine if it functioned before we replaced it, and we had no idea what to do about the sump pump. We also had a leak on a pipe at the top of what is only a 3 yr old water heater. Steve came out and assessed initially and provided a quote. Within a week Steve's crew of Matt & Jake were here, right on time, and within 45 minutes the guys had serviced the sump pump, had out water softener functioning and cycled (water tested @ 35 mg/L in the morning) and they had replaced our leaking copper union on the water heater. Matt & Jake had loaded the brine tank of our water softener and said they would come back later in the day to retest our water. They called mid-afternoon to inform that they were on the way and were here within 15 mins. Upon re-testing our water our mineral count was already down to .05 mg/L and they told me Sarah would invoice me. Invoice came in exactly as quoted. Having just moved to the area we have had a good number of contractors in our home we hadn't worked with - a couple we wouldn't suggest. Good Call has been the best by far, and they easily saved us over $1K just by servicing and making the old old water softener functional. We have a shopping list of "want to do" items for our new home, and have discovered an equally long list of "need to do" things. Good Call Plumbing is definitely going to be our go-to for ALL of our plumbing related jobs! They're knowledgeable, friendly & professional, punctual and on budget!
