Jeremy and his crew provided many helpful details about the project from start to finish and was quick to let us know if any issues arose. The work area was clean when he had finished. con: Both of the replacement boards are about 1/2 inch shorter than they should be. I had to touch up some gaps in the caulk. A week later I notice that one of the replacement boards has a gap running the length with the board it joins with. I applied some caulk and added a few screws to tighten the fit."
