"I hired Ten Home to come in and repair/repaint several rooms in my home that were badly painted by a previous company. Tom and his staff are incredibly professional, clean, and very hardworking. Very quickly I had a walkthrough, discussed all potential jobs and had an estimate! They installed some baseboards, relocated a wall-mounted TV, installed 2 new ceiling fans, re-caulked the main bathtub/shower combo and fixed some issues with my vinyl plank flooring. Then the paint...they had to smooth all of the walls and sand down before repainting with the best quality paint. Ten Home really did transform my home into something I can be proud of again! Already getting quotes for some other projects!"

"Charles was very polite and professional. He did a great job re-caulking my tub and windows as well as installing new shoe trim and wood threshold. He called on his way and let me know when he would arrive and he was spot on."

"I am pleased to share my positive experience with Suburban Handyman LLC from Aurora. As someone who enjoys DIY projects to save money, I recognize the value of professional expertise for certain tasks. My wife and I are delighted to have found Suburban Handyman, and our entire experience, from obtaining a quote to the quality of work, was exceptionalâ especially considering this is our first time seeking the services of a handyman. We had concerns about a leak on our second floor, extending through the kitchen roof, as well as moisture issues in both upstairs bathrooms. The scheduling process was straightforward, and Thomas, the handyman, was prompt and respectful of our homeâ he wore shoe covers throughout. Thomas actively listened to our concerns, providing thoughtful options for addressing the leak and moisture problems. Notably, he was not only professional but also considerate, taking the time to explain the potential impact on our kids with asthma. He kindly advised us on how to prepare and informed us of areas in the house the kids could go during the work. This level of consideration and communication stood out, especially in contrast to another professional who proposed a $95 charge just to assess our concerns. Thomas went above and beyond during the project, addressing two bath fans and fixing the leak. Additionally, he demonstrated meticulous attention to detail by caulking the bathtub and offering guidance for future maintenance. Moreover, Thomas identified that the previous exhaust vent, installed by another service provider, was poorly built and connected. He went the extra mile to rectify the situation, purchasing the right materials that should have been used initially. This showcases his dedication to delivering high-quality service and correcting mistakes made by others. Despite adverse weather conditions (it being -12 degrees on a Sunday in Chicago), Thomas returned to sand the drywall, insisting on completing the job thoroughly. We are eager to continue working with Suburban Handyman LLC, as Thomas's dedication, professionalism, and expertise have left us thoroughly impressed. Our sincere thanks to Thomas for a job well doneâ we look forward to engaging his services again."

"Excellent service and attention to detail."

"Everything went great. They were very easy to work with. Can't think of anything to improve on. They went right to work but did ask how I wanted things done (ie clear caulk or white caulk), let me know when they were done with each item on the list so I could check to see if it was what I expected, fully explained things when asked. I now know how a garbage disposal actually works. They not only did the jobs on the list but did them to my satisfaction and made sure I was happy with their work. Will definitely use them again."

"Window trim boards replacement. pro: Quick response to my request. The work was done fast and the cost seemed reasonable. The work area was clean when he had finished. con: Both of the replacement boards are about 1/2 inch shorter than they should be. I had to touch up some gaps in the caulk. A week later I notice that one of the replacement boards has a gap running the length with the board it joins with. I applied some caulk and added a few screws to tighten the fit."

"Yes, MICHAEL was very professional and the work he did was in my bathroom. He put in a new light bar, a new fan and caulked and fixed my fixed my shower"
