Then I met the crew John, Mike and Ziggy. We had a great relationship. Everything that was to be accomplished was explained to me on a daily bases. By the end of the project we had a bond and it felt like family. I also learned quite a bit in the process. I am total fascinated with my new bathroom. "To be clear, I did not even make it to the quoting of my fence with this company since their customer service rep. Claudia was so rude. I tried to set up an appointment online, which was not working properly so I reached out through the contact us. Although the note states to email, Claudia called. Ok. I went over everything I wanted and needed with her. She asked if I had my plot of survey, I did not that was taken care of by the last fencing company in 2016. She called the village of South Elgin and confirmed the size of the fence and everything. However, when I spoke with her, she would request the plot of survey if they needed it. She emailed me back with the information about the fencing and that the survey was needed. I responded that she received it, correct? She didn't answer, so I followed up with her two days later and she said it was now up to the owner to receive a copy of the survey plot. If it is this difficult to deal with their customer service just to get a quote, I cannot imagine their services would be any better. She refused to set up a quote until I then went back to get the survey of plot."
