great, it was replaced with a metal /wood hybrid gate.

Installation was fine but the fence has worn in 5 years and the gates are out of alignment. We requested an inspection and repair at our cost 2 weeks ago. We followed up with office and asked owner to respond to fix the problem. We have not received a response since the inspection by Alex. Alex was very nice and professional, but the lack response by the office as a return customer is concerning.

They did it within the month. We've always had really good service from Angie's List. There weren't any issues. It was a good experience and I would recommend them.

There's a part where the fence wasn't nailed in correctly. Tried to contact for someone to come fix the work, never got a response.

This was a very negative experience.  Crew chef requested  an additional plat survey which two had already been provided.
Upon assessment of work to be done he became irate and irritable,  which lead him to be reckless in the tear down and digging new holes for the post in a cemented drive way.  He expressed displeasure with the owner Rich Hayden who was responsible for the details on the job.
Through his carelessness our sewer pipe was broken, requiring a plumber to repair.  At first Rich Hayden came out and claimed there was nothing wrong.   Upon pressing the point we demanded a plumber come out and assess the damaged pipe and found it to be broken
Rich told us the plumber would be out by 8:30 am, upon speaking to the plumber this information was false as he could not be here till late in the day.  This caused us to lose a days work. The plumber was not happy with the misinformation we received on the time table given to us by Mr Hayden. We received no apology for the inconvenience or for the damage to the sewer line by Rich Hayden. 
Additional concerns included:
1.  Not realizing they left our water on until we discovered water pressure was low, which in return raised our water bill. 
     No apology given when we pointed this out to the foreman Alfredo.
2.  Tramping through our neighbors yard on our south side, leaving ruts in his lawn.
3.  Neighbor on our west side had to call company and the village on the mess they left on her side of the fence.
4.  They left the yard and driveway a mess,  we are still cleaning mud from the driveway and sidewalk
5.  The wood fencing  is not uniformed and nails were missing on at least 5 boards.
6.  No regards to any of the landscape or property, causing us to replace multiple plants
7.   We never received a follow up call to see if we were satisfied with the end results.

On upon a positive note the plumber Troy Koren and his crew of Trojan Plumbing Co were professional, courteous and experienced.
They did a great job repairing the pipe and clean up.  We have recommended them to our neighbors.

They did a fantastic job and all the workers were really nice. I love the fence and it is perfect for my big dogs. I will definitely call back and get the rest of my fence done with this company. 

So far, so great! I'll finish my review after the job is complete.

They installed 2 post and attached the fence sections on the post. Awesome job. I would definitely recommend this company.

Rich and his team did a great job installing a new fence in our back yard.  They removed an old chain link fence around the perimeter, installed a wood privacy fence, and also installed an aluminum fence along the driveway side to contain the yard for our dog.  They completed the job in a reasonable amount of time.  We had one issue with the angle of a gate not lining up with our walkway correctly, but Rich came out to look at it when we brought it to his attention and he had his team redo the gate to line up properly.  Very professional - would definitely recommend them.

We called the main office to schedule an appointment to have a representative look at our rising fence posts. Rich the sales rep measured and explained in detail what were the necessary steps to fix the problem, and gave us a free price quote. We were never rushed so we called a couple other fence company's and Economy did indeed have the best price option. We made an appointment to have the contractors come to our home, and they were very professional. The foreman explained to us exactly what was going to be done and he gave us an estimated completion time. During the process they discovered that the posts were not placed or set properly by the previous fence company years ago, and they explained that now that they observed and discovered the problem it would take another entire day to repair. The price did NOT change at all. The foreman stated that he and his crew believe in doing a job right, bottom line and that is exactly what they were going to do. The crew managed to fix the problem during the course of two days as well as getting new vinyl fence posts from a smaller local supply store who got the color dead on. There was no extra charges what so ever to our quote. The crew was great, the price was great, and the quality of the work was great. I have no complaints with Economy Fence and I have referred them to a couple other neighbors on the block.

The salesman, Alex, was prompt and very helpful. Picked out a fence that I liked and then informed me it would be hand built, not pre-made fencing. The price was very good compared with others and the quality sounded much, much better, so I agreed. I had to obtain the  permit (which is very easy in my community).
The crew came out on time and did an fantastic job of dismantle of the old fence and dig holes for the new fence. My garden along the whole fence was not disturbed. The materials for the new fence were brought in and a date of 2 days later was set for finishing.
All the guys doing the work were very professional and showed care in their work.
Now it goes down hill. Everyone tells me it will be finished the day after its started. It will take over a week and a half till it gets done. I'm first told the chain lick fence is being custom built. but be here in a day or 2. Then I'm told it will be here by Friday (Monday now).
Then I'm told it will be by Sunday. All this time hearing it from a receptionist taking to a very spineless manager that won't talk on the phone to talk to me directly.
I finally talked with Alex, the salesman and next morning the crew was here. Did a fantastic job on the fences and finished before noon. Alex, your the greatest.
To the manager who hides behind the receptionist, please quit so more people can enjoy the services of every other employee of this company.
By the way, the fence is stronger than anyone else. And the quality is well over a 10 all around. It will last longer than any other wood fence easily. And the workers are fast but very accurate and careful.

Economy Fence was wonderful. Showed up early,started right on the job and fix the fence better then when it was installed.
5 posts on the northside of the fence heaved and the concrete came up with the posts.
 It made the fence very unsafe. I called the original  installer and they said it was the "freeze and thaw process" and refused to fix the fence.
Richard Hayden came and told me what was wrong,how it was going to be fixed and gave me the estimate.
On Wednesday July 8th Economy Fence came with new fence posts that had additional holes drilled in them because of the water amount that my property has down past 3  feet. 
But the original installer also knew this and did nothing.
Economy Fence pumped out the water in the post holes added cement then installed all the new posted.
They must of added at least 4 bags of cement per post. The other company only did 1 bag of cement per post.
 Economy cleaned up and the fence looks better then before.
Wonderful company to work with, the 2 workers where polite and efficient.
Will use them again.
The South side  fence will need to be done.

Great. Just great. From top to bottom it was professional. They priced out better than all the others and I get compliments on it. They are my fence company in the future.

First contact was from their estimator.  Quick response after purchase, and the gentleman that came out was on time, courteous, and professional.  Indicated that the necessary work was covered by the coupon and that they would call back to schedule.  More than a week later, finally get a call to schedule a date.  The office person was very slow, don;t know how else to say it.  The date they wanted to come, 4/21, we were going to be out of town.  I said since all the work was outside, they could probably come do it even though we were gone.  So she says ok, she will check the schedule\workers to see what other dates might be available.  More than two weeks go by without contact.  I finally call and she tells me that no one told her when they might be able to come and that is why she hadn't called back - after two weeks they can't set a schedule and you just leave people hanging?  Finally, she tells me that she will pencil it in for 4/24 but needs to check with the forman/owner, whoever it is, to make sure that works, and will confirm.  We leave on vacation without confirmation.  Then on Saturday, while we are out of town, we get an email (phone messages get sent via email) that they will be out on the 21st anyway.  Very poor communication.  They did come on the 21st, and the work seems to be of good quality, though they chipped the edge of my patio apparently with some piece of equipment they brought in - post hole digger I would guess - move patio furniture without replacing it, and left a couple of empty soda cans in the yard.  So they get a B for the work, a D- for communication, and at best a C for professionalism.  Would not use them again.  Should really get someone more on the ball to answer phones and set appointments.

The salesman Rich was very professional and delivered on his promise to have the work started before I left town on a business trip.  The fence post appears to be solid.
The crew, however, was not attentive to details. They neglected to turn the water faucet all the way off so it was left dripping at the foundation of my house. (Fortunately, I discovered this soon afterwards) They also left my garage door standing open when they left (they had needed access inside the garage for electricty). The fence post itself was left covered at trhe base with dried cement.
I would consider using them again, but would monitor the work more closely.
