Then I met the crew John, Mike and Ziggy. We had a great relationship. Everything that was to be accomplished was explained to me on a daily bases. By the end of the project we had a bond and it felt like family. I also learned quite a bit in the process. I am total fascinated with my new bathroom. "We have used Paramount in the past and were pleased with the service. Not this time. I called to have someone come out to give an estimate of reseating two posts that had heaved over the winter affecting a gate. At the same time I requested an estimate to replace a lower rail that had been broken by workmen in our neighbor's yard. I asked that the estimate for the rail to be separated so I could show it to the neighbors for payment. The separate price for the broken rail was $550 because they would have to remove and reset two posts. My neighbor thought that was excessive and I should have believed him. When the workmen came they reset the two gate posts without any issue. Then they replaced the rail without having to do any post resetting. When I called they offered me a $75 refund. So replacing the rail cost me $475. The total job was a little over $1400 which I had to pay in advance. I will never use Paramount again."
