The owner Jeff, his family members Andy and James, along with the rest of the crew make up a terrific team. Jeff and Andy visited my basement twice for long and detailed planning sessions. The actual work took 7 days for completion with James as foreman. All the problems of my basement were fully addressed. My bowed wall is now vertical, with strong supports along all walls every few feet. A complete waterproofing system was installed which feeds to my sump pump. "The walk from the sidewalk to my house had settled a couple of inches below grade and needed to be brought back up. We contact Jack-a-Slab in January and after a little phone tag because of some reduced hours for winter we were on the schedule for as soon as weather allowed. They called in April with a few days notice to make sure someone would be home, and they brought the sidewalk up to grade quickly and for a very reasonable price compared to a full sidewalk replacement. You can see in the photo how far the sidewalk had sunk based on where the planter area on the left is sunk as well."
