Ken was promp, courteous, knowledgeable, prepaired and the price was right. We previously paid another plumber that didn't repair anything and didn't return to complete job.

He was very pleasant and on time. He was 10 minutes late one time but it was because of a road closure that he wasn't aware of. Ten minutes was nothing but he really was a little upset that he was late. The quality seemed fine and I have not had any problems since. I thought the price was more than fair.
