Great. Was here on Wednesday to check dryer, ordered the part and was back the following Tuesday to repair. Very satisfied with the service and the cost was what was quoted. Will definitely use this service again and will tell others.

Well it was hard to find someone who knows Samsung products but I still had this company come out and help, I'm glad I did. Service guy said he's just starting to learn Samsung products noticed the motor some how fell off its brackets. We thought it was a bad belt. He hooked motor back up with zip ties and working great and only charged us the service call price 55.00

The coolant was ordered and as promised, he returned in one week and not only replaced the coolant and fixed the refrigerator, but he also replaced a switch for the light in the refrigerator. He was very prompt and professional and I would use this company again. I have also used them in the past.

The technician ran diagnostics on the washer and didn't find anything. The drain was partially clogged and that was cleaned out. He also cleaned out the pump filter. He ran the washer with an extra heavy load and it worked properly. The technician was very professional, friendly and thoroughly explained what he did.
The technician arrived within the stated time frame (2 hours). I was given the technician's name when the appointment was made and he introduced himself when he arrived. Excellent experience.

Extremely satisfied with JTs. Have used them twice in 10 days and they were exceptional both times. Did nice job explaining repair needed and were very professional and timely!! Definitely recommend them and will use them again!!!

Aaron found that the computer board was burned out. To my surprise, he was able to replace it on the spot. He could not guarantee that there was no other problem, so he promised to take the board back and refund the purchase price if I wanted to return it. He even promised a discount rate on the second service call if that happened. It turned out the computer board was the only problem. My refrigerator is now working happily.

Apparently he thoroughly dismantled the dryer and cleaned lint out, examined the vent, and used a temperature/wind speed sensor to confirm that it was actually functioning just fine. He discussed the situation with my wife and came to the conclusion that it's likely that our washer is getting aged and, since I've replaced the belt recently, it's probably a larger problem like the transmission that is likely not cost-effective to repair. So I feel satisfied that we got knowledgeable, honest service from a competent provider at a reasonable price, and I would certainly recommend them to others.

Totally awesome! He had the part to fix my dryer and knew what it was. He even called before he got there when he was on his way so I could turn the dryer on. He parked across the street not blocking my drive and came in the back door!! Never had that happen before. Usually people come to the front door and walk through the livingroom in their dirty shoes and they park in the drive blocking it. Can't say enough good things about them. And he not only fixed the dryer but cleaned the vent with a wire brush and advised that I do that also when it gets difficut to peel the lint off.

Diagnosed problems during first service call. He left enough information with my wife that I could have repaired the dishwasher myself if I had chosen to. The necessary replacement parts were installed in the second visit. By the time everything was done, he has also given us insight into remaining expected service life for our appliance, what to expect going forward, and some maintenance items we can easily do on our own to improve our experience with our appliances.

We certainly got more than we asked for originally. Didn't realize the frig drain was plugged and there was water in the bottom of the frig and previous spills that had accumulated to make it worse. Then the tips on the dishwasher and microwave were spot on. The technician was extremely knowledgable and easy to talk to, walking me through all the repair work. Will certain will go to them first in the future for repairs.
