Josh and Joe were punctual and worked steadily to complete the work. Everything went well as far as I could tell. All looks good at this time.

They installed the windows and I-beam supports in a first class manner, taking all steps to make sure the job was done well. It is obvious that they know what they are doing. They communicate well - by phone, email and text message. I was glad that they did not tear up our yard at all with their equipment. They leveled our sidewalk with no issues.

Excavated down to footing. Completely straightened two walls and stabilized with I-beams. Replaced mortar, cleaned, sealed, and installed drainage membrane on exterior. Replaced footing tiles and installed exterior sump basin. Installed PVC drain tile for sump pump and downspouts. Re-graded yard to improve runoff. Josh is an expert - a "reconstructive surgeon." His crew is excellent. I am completely satisfied. The walls are stable AND straight, and the basement is dry.

The crew showed up on time and performed the work. They cleaned up and were professional. After it was done they walked me though the details. Couple days latter I noticed a spot where the slurry had settled and left a hole under the crack. AJU came out the next day and not only filled it in, but patched the crack as well.

Excellent service - very prompt, professional.  Raised several areas of settled driveway back to level.  I will use again when needed and highly recommend to others

We were very please with Josh and his crew.  To begin with we had 4 companies come out and give us a quote to straighten the basement wall and Josh was the only one who said there is basically no way to push the wall back outward without digging a trench on the outside to relieve the pressure pushing against the wall.  All quotes received were close in price but the work Josh and his crew had to do went well above what all the other companies explained they would do.  The others only assured us that they would stop the wall from caving further in not actually straighten the wall.
Josh took his time going over all details of the process and what we were to expect. 
He and his crew were very professional and polite.  We are very happy with the work they did and the outcome was just as he promised.

It was good. He came on time and took his time going through what he could do for us and he was the one that actually indicated the we need to go with somebody and that's where we started our good foundation or repairs. They showed us what we could not fix and what we could fix. I would use this provider in the future.

I would not recommend this company. The owner was rude and unprofessional during a phone call he only returned after I messaged him on Angie's list. He told me, as the owner, he does not have to return any phone calls. His willingness/unwillingness to "swing" by my home later today was met with "I will find someone else to do it." He may do an excellent job which is the only reason I contacted him (because of reviews on Angie's list), but I will never know.

I really like how Josh didn't just give one option to avoid the water in the basement.  He covered all the bases.  His workers also worked hard and steadily, leaving everything clean afterward.  He was not pushy, just gave his thoughts and asked for mine.  Really happy with this company.

Also, the owner of the business was very amicable and easy to work with in discussing the plans and options.

Josh came out and gave me an estimate for raising up my above ground 3 seasons porch and slabjacking part of the patio, sidewalk and driveway.  He was very straighforward and personable.  We kept in touch by email about project start times, etc and when the time came, they were prompt, did the job professionally and everything looks great.  I couldn't be happier!  If you need any work of this kind done, these are the guys to call!

Josh came out for an estimate early in the summer. He was very helpful and was not trying to sell us a product or service, but was instead focused on solving our problem. His estimate beat the competitors', plus he was very personable and professional. A few weeks later, he came along with two of his team members and finished the job in about four hours. We have had no water issues since his work. He cleaned up nicely. I highly recommend this company.

The company that originally installed the system 20 years ago could not repair it as they had gone out of that line of work. Josh came the same day that I called him and promptly made the repair for a very modest fee.

Owner (Josh) brought his three employees and led the project from start to finish. Thought the job might take longer than it did but they were very efficient, clean and professional and accomplished everything that was planned.

I don't recall the exact amount or the specific dates on this but it's pretty close.  The guys did an excellent job of specifying what they would do for the amount quited.  Many quotes are vague and leave openings for the contractor to wiggle out of doing things.  The guys from All Jacked Up also did some little extras in terms of cleaning.  The entire crew were all well mannererd and worked hard. They also left the job site looking as good as they found it.

I called Josh and left a message.  He returned my call promptly and I described to him what I needed.  He came to look even though I am fairly certain that he knew he couldn't help me from our telephone conversation.  He took his valuable time to educate me about my options and provided me with some direction on what kind of company I need to hire.  He did all this without charge.  Unbelievable!  This is a man you can trust. 

They seemed pretty good and we didn't have any problems. It worked and has pretty much stayed except for one spot that really didn't have anything to do with them. It is an actual spot that really gets a lot of water pooled up. All the other ones have stayed back up. They came out right away and got the job done right away.

It went very well, contractor did an excellent job.

Josh came out to give us a bid. We (as of now) have not hired him to the do the job (other construction projects underway at our house first). But he had a lot of good information to share, was professional in his evaluation of the problem areas and his fee was on target. He even gave us some options of cost cutting: (doing some of the demolition ourselves) and that was appreciated. My guess is that his time is at a premium and you should schedule early. We will most likely be calling him back out.

He quoted $500 which I agreed to. I asked that he complete the work within three weeks as we were having a party at that time. He agreed to try. A week later he called and said he was in the area and could do the work. He did a very nice job, the patio looks great and he charged less than quoted. I was very pleased with the work, service and price.

Josh always returned calls and arrived at arranged times. My job was scheduled for 2 weeks after the estimate was delivered and he called a few days after the estimate to inform me that rain was hampering his current jon and he offered to begin my job early - that was WONDERFUL. The work was performed cleanly and professionally and Josh and his two crew were very knowledgable and went out of their way to explain things. He even removed the lids from wells on my property to guage water table levels and contacted others in my area to ask about their basement experiences. As I pressed for further potential work, Josh actively but politely told me that my ideas would cost a great deal and potentially help some but not as much as I had hoped. He seemed heartbroken as he informed me that I would likely have small amounts of water enter my basement during times of high water saturation of the ground and that there is really not much that can be done. I have confirmed this information with a second contact. I felt that he was an honorable businessman and a good person who is knowledgable that his business rests on his reputation. The quality of the work is very high and the installation was clean and looks very professional. I also appreciated that he tested the dewatering system miltiple times for leaks after completing the project before leaving. I would recommend his services to anyone.
