". Outstanding! Matt K. arrived about 10 minutes early than scheduled time. Very patient with my questions and professional. We've lived in this house 27 years and I learned more about my fireplace/chimney than any prior chimney services(that mainly came from coupon magazines). He showed me the photo of the rusted out chase top (where the pipe comes out of the chimney), gave me an estimate for replacement($1200) and the time frame involved. We suspected before he came that this was an issue.He prioritized the other area of concern, told me what could wait and what I could do on my own.. I never felt pressured to do any work."

"Anthony and Brandon were excellent, extremely professional and knowledgeable! Anthony and Brandon repaired our chimney and installed a new damper and cap and beautiful new logs in under 2 hours! Both men were very friendly and answered all our questions. We couldn't be more excited about our new fireplace and cannot wait to show it off! "Initially I was looking to get some masonry fixed. Rob came by and pointed out the chimney was in very bad shape. There were cracks in the crown and deteriorated mortar. He provided a quote and a thorough explanation of what work would be done, and followed up with pictures once complete. He was accommodating with my scheduling.
