Came in and unhooked and moved washer and dryer to garage, removed very heavy 8ft door and removed old tile all in about 90 minutes. Next day installed new tile and grouted Did an excellent job with no mess and cleaned up everything. New tile looks great! Fast, friendly, reasonable and quality work Would recommend to anyone!"

We wanted high quality, top of the line workmanship and materials since this was a once in a lifetime project for us, and 4Ever delivered. Their work is precise - we had some difficult tile work that was done immaculately, as well as custom cabinets that were installed with an eye for detail, which is exactly what we wanted. The prices were not bargain, but that’s not what we were looking for - we wanted a firm that could provide the expertise for high end work, and 4Ever delivered. Magda in the design studio was an especial joy to work with - she understood my somewhat unique vision and made it come to life with excellent improvements and suggestions that only a professional with a great eye could have come up with. They handled the permitting with the city of Chicago, which is a pain in the butt, and our project coordinator was responsive and available when we needed him. They took our 35 year old kitchen with dark, outdated cabinets, awful tile, no space for a microwave and gave us a bright, beautiful, convenient kitchen that we absolutely love. It is a world of difference! They painted the cabinets a beautiful light grey & installed new cabinet hardware, installed new subway wall tiles and new white countertops with integrated sink, converted a pantry cabinet with pull-out drawers, and modernized the cabinet base, all within a very tight timeframe and at a comfortable price. They worked with us on the inevitable plan revisions and made great suggestions, all with good humor and patience. They were terrific!"

"This is our third time having our French Limestone kitchen floor and granite countertops refinished but it is the first time we have used Natural Stone Restoration, Inc. to do the job. The quality of the work was outstanding and far exceeded that done by other companies. We also appreciated that Zuka elected to be on site supervising and that he was candid about the need to refinish varieties of floor tile we have in other rooms. Our home is on the National Historic Register and is also a Lake Forest Landmark. When we questioned Zuka about refinishing the original hand hewn slate tile in the foyer, he discouraged us from making the 1929 tiles look new saying the refinishing would detract from the original master craftsmanship and alter the patina of the floor. He obviously knows his craft and sacrificed a sale to preserve a legacy. I also like him. He is a consummate professional."
